They did not explain what work was needed even though I asked when I dropped it off until after they had completed $2,300 of work. Then I was informed that my vehicle still needed another $4,500 of work before it would be roadworthy. My truck sat on their lot for 3 months before a resolution was made. Completely unacceptable. No calls on progress nothing. I will never go back. I had even tried to contact the general manager. Left numerous messages with no return calls.

I've bought a lot of stuff on line but only 2 cars. The first was a hassel out of New York andI thought I'd never do this again. BUT, that wasn't until I seen this car on SEC Motors web site. It was priced right for the year, condition and milage. I spoke with the owner Jonathan Gibbs and he was kind enough to go thru everything with me. I was really impressed by him and the vehicle that the only thing stopping this deal was transportation from Alabama to Delaware. Fortunately I found a reasonable Co. and we made the deal. I am extremely pleased and I'll check the SEC Motors web site if there is another car in my future.

I made a 7200.00 purchase 2 months ago and have had 2100.00 in repairs...3 motor mounts..tire rod.. 2 upstream oxygen sensors... and wheel bearings.. I was told that if they did any work to it they couldn’t sell it for 6999.00...it had 156k miles...dealer did put a power steering hose on... but I have had to fix it again due to the hose leaking fluids...there was also a mount of some sort installed but apparently when was told there needed to be a motor mount it was never replaced... I called the dealer the same day I got the vehicle but wasn’t happy with the response...They are not doing proper inspections or repairs.... I am one unhappy customer...
