Once vehicle was accepted for requested repairs I was fine with work done. Work was completed same day as drop off. Only criticism I would make is that having a scheduled appointment does not mean that car will be worked on at that time. I had to reschedule repair because date of my repair , shop was backed up and they wanted to have car for 3 to 4 days before they could get to it. Other than problems with appointments I was satisfied with work and service staff

I have been to this dealer countless time for service for items covered by the warranty. Not only could they not find the problems when they did find the problems it took countless attempts to get it right. A simple allignment should not take 3 attempts to fix. I would recommend running not walking away from Aurora Kia and anything they sell or service!
