I bought my Eclipse new from this dealer back in 2003 - the experience was far less than satisfactory and now that there is a forum to publicly share the experience, I am sharing years later. Perhaps they have improved by now, but I certainly won't take my chances with LR Mitsubishi again and my recommendation is that you avoid them as well.
First of all, after talking on the phone with the dealer and detailing the features that I wanted on my eclipse, I was told that they happen to have one on the lot that is exactly what I'm looking for. After showing up on the lot, the dealer disclosed that they did not have the features that we wanted but showed us another car.
After test driving the car, I knew that this was the one that I wanted and requested that the added features be added to the car, I was promised that this would happen at no extra charge. This never happened.
In subsequent phone conversations immediately following the purchase of the new vehicle, the sales staff and sales manager were beligerant and hung up on me.
I've concluded that the sales staff at Little Rock Dodge / Little Rock Mitsubishi will say anything that they think will make the sale and could care less about customer service.
