Disappointed customer - Santa Fe
I took my Santa Fe in on 4/18/15 with the check engine light on. They diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes! Told me they had the part in stock and it would take ONE hour to fix. So I waited and waited...8 people brought their cars in and left before I did. After 2 hours and 10 minutes I asked them how much longer. Candi went to check. She said my car was gone!!! So after another 20 minutes they had it ready. Now tell me why they had to do a 30 minute 13 mile test drive??? And they chared me $6.75 to write a xxxx repair order??? Not real happy! The people working the service department were very nice... No problems there! My overall 2.5 hour wait for a one hour job was not professional!

Have gone back on number of times. Tires are their only explanation. It's hard to believe
New tires are bad!!! Never have they suggested a solution. I asked service
Manager about different tires He said tire company would not change

I've been taking my 1994 Honda Prelude (my baby) to Honda Pro for several years now. They use only Honda parts and the quality of work is superb. They never try to push more service on you like some tend to do, they just put comments on your receipt letting you know any recommended work that might need to be addressed at some point.

Good afternoon McLARTY Nissan dealership. I have recently had my 2015 Nissan Versa serviced at your service center. I scheduled a appointment with my service advisor Jordan Camp. Upon my arrival on Saturday April 11 I was greeted by Jordan. He explained to me in detail what services were going to performed on my vehicle. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all services that were going to take place that morning on my vehicle.
