I am on my 4th Infiniti, all purchased and serviced at Peninsula Infiniti, and I am disappointed to see the deterioration of service at this dealership from Sales to Service. The overall Infiniti ownership experience has really gone down over the years. This will likely be the last Infiniti car for me.

Went there to get sensors fixed on my Buick Encore and for general maintenance. The process took a good week but Marlene the service advisor and kept me updated on what was worked on. Now everything is in tip top shape. I just wish they fixed the dent on the passenger.

Just a deluxe oil change. Took slightly longer than promised but no big deal. Really impressed that they did not find huge list of things to be repaired. Other dealerships are notorious for this. Overall very pleased.

I got my engine replaced here at Perez Auto & Truck Repair They did a wonderful job, and I got a great deal on it. Very inexpensive service fees, for really good work. I will definitely be back if I need more work done to my car.

Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and professional I have interacted with Giovanni on both of my visits. He was understanding of my request and as I mentioned, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Warning, be very careful if you bring you car here for service. Be aware of excessive charges just to diagnose. Be very aware if they try to sell you service your car does not need. Repair quotes here can be very expensive and if you can not afford it, they will charge you diagnostic fees just to pickup your car. Hold on to your wallet.

This xxxx place charged me 1100 dollars to replace an entire battery cable when only the connectors/battery were corroded. The car is only 4 years old. What a xxxxing rip-off joint from xxxx. Stay the xxxx away from this place at all costs.
