I tried typing a review a few minutes ago and don't know if it was sent as it disappeared so I'm trying again. My service advisor Adam Cole was very helpful and nice. I was happy to have him as my advisor. I've had my car serviced at your dealership ever since I purchased it in 2009. I do have a few complaints to submit thou. The service prices keep going up, however, Adam did give me a discount this time which helped but the price is no where near what I used to pay when Dan Atwood owned the dealership. The price increases are tough on someone who has limited income. Also, I've been really disappointed about your TV situation. A customer used to be able to watch regular TV while waiting for their car to be serviced which helped pass the time and now all you can watch are Toyota commercials which your customers don't even watch. I've heard several customers complain about the same thing. I was told a while back that they discontinues regular TV because they didn't want their employees to watch sports. It Seems like you could control your employees and not take TV away from your loyal customers. And the last complaint is that when Dan Atwood owned the dealership my car was always washed after each service appointment. So with these complaints, the dealership is not as good as it used to be. I've heard several of your customers make the same complaint that I'm making. I hope you find this helpful.
