Called another local dealer originally for a quote on service because they are closer to my house. Got the run around, so I contacted WC and was given a quote immediately. Made my appointment for service right then. Easy check in and didn't have to wait very long for a shuttle. Service was completed in the time frame given (actually early). Picked up by the shuttle and again the wait was minimal. Car was washed and ready to go when I returned. Check out was a little longer wait, but they were busy, so that was understandable. Great overall, so I would go back for future service needs.

This is the best auto repair shop I've taken my car to recently. The mechanic was able to repair quickly my engine that was the cause to come to Autocraft. I'm very thankful to them and I'll recommend this business because of their great service and affordable prices.

"i bought a very nice BMW from automotion, and eric was really helpful with financing me!!! if u got bad credit and need a car this is where you need to go!!!! First off I want to say thank you to the guys at Automotion for the 2005 Pontiac GTO I just recently purchased. I was looking at 1 other one on a different lot until these guys warned me not to due to the auction it was just recently sold at. The other vehicle had a bad front end and the cooling system had failed. They gave me a clean carfax on the car in their lot and I noticed it has had a ton of services done on it. I am extremely happy that they stayed late as I drove from over 150 miles away to look at the car. They worked with the bank and with us and we even received a 3 month warranty on the vehicle at no charge. I am very happy with my purchase and love my new car! I am definitely coming back in years to come and I suggest these other people should research the cars they are buying. Thanks guys and keep up the awesome work!"

Worst service manager EVER..... - 500e

The lease process was not so bad on the 500e but the service mgr (Mike Garcia) has been a nightmare.... Recently found out he lied to me several times about not offering a paid rental car while my car is in for warranty or recall.... Does not return phone calls... No business ethics at all! I would rather drive much further to the next Fiat dealer than deal with Mike again.

Steven is a great advisor. He explained what service I need without all the added xx. He told in a future service I may need this service along with my usual routine service. Thank you and keep up the great customer service. Customer service is a rare thing now.

I went in for an oil change service with an appointment and was told it would take an hour and a half with a car wash. I was okay with waiting but it wasn't done until three hours later. There was no communication except for me asking the cashier if my truck was ready. I was finally informed by the service guy it was ready. I paid and I gave my ticket to the porter to bring my truck around it took another twenty plus minutes and was not washed. I called and complained to the service manager about my experience and all that was offered was for me to bring my truck down to get washed. I guess if you pay extra for a service contract they don't care because they already have your money.
