I've dealt with this dealer a few times and each time it is a nightmare. The only time they were friendly is when they took my $42,000 for my 2000 Tahoe. I had some body work done a few years back and the paint started flaking, they won't fix their job. The body shop guy is a real jerk. Another time they burnt a hole in my carpet (looked like a cigeratte burn) and then accused me of doing it and I am allergic to SMOKE and don't allow smokers in the car! Learn from this email...Drive to Dublin, CA about 10 miles from Livermore and see Crown Chevrolet for Excellent 5-Star Service.
