I rented a car in Palm Springs, drove to Jim Falk Beverly Hills and bought a 2 year old pre-owned ES 350 with less that 6,000 mile in perfect condition. However, I had to return the rental car back to Palm Springs so I could drive the new car home. Jim Falk's staff were wonderful and facilitated the return of the rental car in L.A. I was able to drive my '"new" pre-owned car back to the desert. That car is now 9 years old and is still in perfect condition. I have it serviced once a year and will purchase another Lexus when needed. Thank you.

Horrible work and customer service. Service was done due to negligence on Lexus during a routine service. Scratches and dents on car. They sent the car to get repainted in that area. Now the paint is coming off and corroded and they won't take responsibility or fix their error. Absolutely unacceptable! This is not up to par with the Lexus brand or quality. Take your business elsewhere.
