The times I have had to bring my car in for any type of service Wayne has always taken care of everything I needed, explained everything. The only thing I would change if I could was I wish I had bought my car at Crestview.

This is how I feel about Jim Forbes : Client Advisor He went out of his way to help me resolve some of my questions and problems, as to programming, and synchronizing my phone to my navigation system. And several other items, I was in question about. He went over the why’s and taught me hw to program. I can tell you how thankful,I am withhis help. Made me realize just how much I love and appreciate my mini. Tank you so much. I would recommend him and the staff over and above.

e are planning on replacing or Armada soon, but NOT with any Nissan only because of the dealership - no because of the how the SUV performed. It is a great family truck but bringing it to Redding Nissan we had very bad experiences!!! Recently we brought it for just oil change and tire rotation, they DID NOT rotate the tires even though we asked and its time and of course we will pay - service said they did measurements and it does not need rotation ! We put over 6k miles on it since the last rotation. #2 I brought it in before for oil change, I was told I need the brake worked on right away and would cost me over $400, I brought it to Les Schwab instead and I was told It was still good, so I came back later and asked for the service manager who said it was not checked closely and was just eye balled and he asked for a written explanation from the mechanic who looked at it. #3 Our heater/aircon was working but the air was always on full blast and we can't regulate it, brought it to Nissan and we were told we need over $2k to replace the whole system, well it was working so we thought just wait until we can pay for it. We brought it back after a year,a different mechanic looked at it and we only paid $150 to fix it! All that and the people in service are just plain unfriendly.

I called for an appointment on Friday, my day off, she said they might not get to it, it might have to stay over the weekend, I asked what was a good day, she said Monday was, I asked her if they wouldn't be working on the cars they didn't finish on Friday, she said well, maybe I would not get my car back till Tuesday..We only have one car, she said well, you might have to rent a car...I called their other shop in Indio, they told me service department there would not be able to access records on my Jeep from Cat City...I have owned two jeeps, have loved them both, time to buy a new one, This service dept was never like this, they have six service writer kiosks all maintained, maybe they new less service writers so they can pay the mechanics more..I asked if I took my Jeep to an outside station would my Mopar warranty be voided, she told me to call MOPAR...They also need to send their service writers to customer appreciation school \

It may not be the best place to buy an Acura, but it sure is a very nice service center. <br><br>Work quality, friendliness and pricing are all top notch. The only problem is that you don't get an Acura-branded loaner. But if you call in advance and tell them you're gonna wait until they finish, they will do the job very quickly. Taking in consideration this is an Acura, all I need is a regular oil change, and it usually takes about 30 minutes. I use that time to visit dealerships clustered nearby :)<br><br>P.S. Once they even fixed the rearview mirror I broke under warranty.
