My Suzuki XL-7 had a recall for a pulley. I was referred to the shop by the National Suzuki recall center. I called the shop and was greeted warmly and efficiently. I made an appointment for a few days later. I drove down to Ventura (from San Luis Obispo). The whole procedure/repair took less than two hours, and was totally free. Free coffee, waiting room with a TV, nice!

I was on a multi state trip with grandkids and miles over an oil change for mt grand caravan. I found Tate autoplex un Carlsbad as a walk-in. They were fantastic even though they were busy and i had no appointment they fit me right in and completed the job in a short time. I took my brand new 2020 CT4 Cadillac to team because it had a few circles in the paint .when I got my car back it had swirls on the hood and trunk and they refused to correct it. I will never take my car back there not for anything that comes to the exterior. They also said that they didn't do it and that was a BIG LIE!!!!!! ........THEY DON'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT DETAILING!!! Everything is good now we came to a resolution...thank you Team Cadillac Vallejo
