Working with Rafael was wonderful. Going through the car buying process can be stressful, especially when you’re just starting your search. Walking into TransWest Buick & GMC, I didn’t know what to expect. Being that it was my first time buying a car on my own, and feeling like the deal on the vehicle I was looking at was too good to be true, I didn’t get my hopes up. I was greeted by Rafael at the front of the dealership where he already had the car pulled up to the front and ready for me to check it out. From that point on, and through the next days following while I got my finances in order, Rafael was prompt in answering any questions I had about the next steps I needed to take in the process. Smoothest and most stress free trip to a dealership I’ve ever had Though this particular dealership deals mostly with fleet type vehicles, I would Highly Recommend checking by them out. I know I’ll be a future customer down the road for sure.
