I recently had one of the best service experiences I've ever had, thanks to the exceptional staff at the Nissan service department. I initially scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, but due to a sudden family emergency, I had to cancel. When I called to cancel, I spoke with Luis Rios, the Service Director. Not only was he incredibly understanding, but he showed genuine concern for my situation. His compassion was sincere and comforting during a stressful time.
The very next day, I called back to reschedule and, by chance, Luis answered the phone again. He immediately remembered who I was and kindly asked about my family member. What truly touched me was that he told me he had been praying for them. Despite the department being completely booked that day, Luis went above and beyond to fit me in for my service appointment. His kindness and personal attention meant the world to me.
When I arrived, Luis greeted me personally and again showed genuine care by asking how I was doing. His professionalism, empathy, and dedication to customer care are truly rare and worth recognizing.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Lonnie in the service department. He was friendly, professional, and took excellent care of me during my visit. The rest of the service team was equally welcoming and efficient.
This kind of service is hard to find these days. Luis Rios and the entire Nissan service department exceeded all expectations. I left feeling valued, cared for, and truly grateful. Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful experience into one filled with kindness and top-notch service.
