I purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Central Hyundai this week and found them to be very easy to work with. I did a lot of preliminary work with Tyler Cartwright and feel he exhibited the characteristics that all working in sales should have. He responded quickly and with the information I was looking for to gain my trust in buying a car from them.
As he is a manager, I was quickly greeted by Neil to finalize the sale in the showroom. As I was pre-qualified, it was less than 30 minutes as that too was done with ease.
When I wanted to see all of the numbers laid out on my sales slip before signing anything I was immediately taken to the finance office and given the numbers which matched what I was told before coming to the dealership, actually a few dollars less.

My experience with Wile Hyundai was outstanding!. Heather was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and completely honest and up front. Everyone was very happy and straight forward and easy to deal with. The atmosphere was great! I will be recommending them to everyone I know and I will buy from them again! We also worked with Dan for the financing portion. Everything I just described about Heather also describes Dan. He was super nice, absolutely no pressure to take a certain percentage rate or GAP insurance etc...very straight forward, up front, and helpful. Best car buying experience of my life, and I have had many. BTW...we also received a KILLER deal on a like-new Hyundai (485 miles on it). Thank you Heather, Dan, and Wile Hyundai!

I bought a car from this guys and have brought the car back due ro a problem wirh the car. Rattling and shaking. I have teied on multiple occasions to bring the car in to be looked at put i gkt rhe run around saying they dont have any loaners and they would contact me. Seeing as though i live out of state. The dealeeship is trashy and disceptive. The service manager is a real piece of xxxx with an entitled attitide. Please reframe from buying any used car from this organization.

Old Saybrook Hyundai has a great team who seem to really care about the customer, not being pushy and only sales orientated. They mailed a flayer at my address and my numbers matched the wining numbers, when I went there and told them he asked if I want to trade my old Hyundai and I said no not now because I just finished my 7 year loan and the car is not in a good shape unfortunately because is Hyundai I didn’t know is not a good car. I was paying 360 dollars a month for seven long years Then the guy didn’t give me $100 that I had won, he give $5 dollars torget gift card and he was not nice about it. I paid $ 26,000 dollars and they lied about $100. Dishonest car and dishonest service.
