Jesse Santana was able to take the must haves I wanted in a car (CPO, back up camera, sedan, bluetooth hands free, 4 cylinder) and found me a vechile with monthly payments under $200 which is exactly what I wanted. He explained the process to me as a first time buyer, gave me multiple contacts in insurnace companies for me to price match for auto insurance was available for all my questions via text, even after hours. I would 100% reccomend shopping at Key and with Jesse.

John Mercado and John Evans are great people. They don’t treat you as numbers they treat like a person. They solved all my requests with no hesitation. I had horrible experience in the past with Hyundai in Meriden. In Meriden, they are unprofessional, rude. I will never go back there in my life, these people just see you as a dollar sign. Another awful experience was in Hyundai Hartford were they only care about selling you a car and no willing to help you needs or what you are looking for. Everything change when I walked in into Branfon New Haven Hyundai, great staff, great management, they listen to you and work with you to help satisfied your needs. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Hyundai Sonata from them in September 2016. In 2018 I found the car is never a Certified Pre-Owned car in Hyundai's system. It's just a regular used car with no warranty what so ever. Contacted the dealership with all the evidence I have including buyer's guide showing the car is Certified Pre-Owned. They never admit their fault and claim "I am not sure if you opted not to get the car certified". Had to refer to an attorney to get the problem fixed.
The manager there even pretend to be a customer and leave five star review on cars.com!
