Hyundai is the best but Hyundai of Stamford is the GREATEST - JewellHarrington
I spoke to Jonathan aka “Ox” over the phone prior to going to the dealership about how I was in dire need of purchasing a car. He asked multiple questions to insure that he could work with my situation but more importantly my budget. (Plus he made the effort to see what features I would be interesting in having in the car)
When I arrived to Stamford Hyundai “Ox” greeted me with a friendly smile and had a genuine personality! He showed me all the car options that met my criteria including color!!!
Lets just say I am now a proud owner of my 2016 Hyundai Elantra and ecstatic to be apart of the “Hyundai Family”.
Thank you to Jonathan “Ox” for helping me with my blessing! and I highly recommend everyone to purchase any car through him!
New car for me - jsperingo
John was spot on. He understood what I wanted. He didn’t try to upsell me like a “ car salesman.” He showed me higher end packages, but did not strong arm me into to them.

Great experience! - Nyorican
I went in looking for a Santa Fe with third row seating. Nick was so helpful in finding me the perfect one. He made the buying process easy and with no stress. I would definitely recommend Nick if you are looking for a great deal and painless purchase.
Purchased a used Mazda 3. Wonderful experience. - Perry H.
No one likes buying cars, but Chris Keefe and the others at Danbury Hyundai made an experience I usually dread one that was easy, fast and honest. I will definitely go back there for my next used car.
To make matters worse, I was passing a couple of Kidney Stones at the time, and they made everything go as fast as possible to get me on my way back to bed. They were communicative, not pushy and friendly and professional. Why play around with people that are not honest and easy to work with? Go see Chris Keefe at Danbury Hyundai, he will treat you right, and so will everyone else.

Great sales experience - whiting.waterford
We just bought our second new car from Wile. No games, no bartering back and forth. We asked for their best price on the model we wanted and they gave us their number (sales price + trade in). We compared with others and signed on with Wile. It was a painless sales experience.
Outstanding Service Department - blombardi75
I have been a LIA customer since 2002 and have purchased 6 vehicles at the dealership. While I can say I have had some good experiences with the sales department, I have also had some just OK experiences. However, I have to say that my experiences with the Lia Service department have without exception been absolutely excellent. They have been even better since Chris Derrick took over the leadership of the department. If the sales department ran as efficiently as the service department it would take the dealership to the next level. Chris and his entire service team do an excellent job each and every day!
Efficient and friendly. - kehoem
From the moment I stepped in the showroom, there was a sales person to assist me. I had previously gone to the Hartford Hyndai dealership and waited half an hour. Sales personnel were occupied with other potential buyers. I did not want to wait longer, so I left. An Lia Hyndai, everyone was friendly and help

I bought a Santa Fe thirteen years ago from MJ. Went back and was unsure what to get this time, but went with the Santa Fe again. It took a few weeks for me to pull the trigger, but finally went with the Santa Fe.

New Tucson - wa1gtp
The salesman Peter Christopher was a little pushy and said discount certificates would be ending that day. We had requested roof cross rails and he avoided the issue until pushed, then said they would be included with the purchase and discount. He said to show my DD214 for a veterains discount, then he said it was included in the discount he had already had given. When we picked up the car the wrong cross rails had been instaled. We told Peter at that time they were wrong but he avoided the issue. We checked on line and found one type with a sun roof and a second type for no sun roof. I drove into the lot and inspected roof rails installed on other cars. Another sales man came out so I told him about the problem, he had Petrer come out to see me. He again brushed me off and said he would check with the sales manager. After two weeks he had not called us with an answer. We checked with the parts department and they corrected the error. (GREAT PARTS DEPARTMENS).
Decetfull flim flam artists. - Flim Flammed
Do not visit this dealership. These are the people that give car dealers a bad reputation. I went in purchase a "Balise certified, accident free" vehicle. I had never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before. I negotiated a purchase price with financing and a $5000 down payment.
At signing the numbers didn't seem to reflect the price. The sales manager was called in an on a separate piece of paper 'went over the numbers"can.
Essentially he flim flammed me out of the down payment. I will be contacting the state attorney general office. They wanted me out of there so fast before I could come to my senses that they took took the plates off my trade in, put them on the new car and said all the paper work was in the envelope. I drove home not knowing that the car was NOT LEGALLY REGISTERED. Days later I get a call from the sales woman asking how I was going to register the car. Apparently I had been driving around for almost a week in an unregistered car. In addition they only gave me one proximity key. When I asked about the second key (all cars have two keys) David Walton the sales manager desmissally said "go online and buy one for $30. . These proximity keys are $300! They had my money, now they just wanted me gone. I was having snow tires put on at the time and the shop showed me that there was repaired damage to the right front end and one of the rear struts was busted. Apparently their Balise certified means only that the vehicle can be driven off their lot. OK, my bad for letting myself get taken. These people WILL CHEAT YOU if they can. BEWARE!
