Based on my very negative experience with the service department at the dealership where I purchased my 2007 Saturn (Saturn of Pembroke Pines, part of the Vera-Williamson group), I was not very optimistic when I recently brought my car into Saturn of West Broward for service. I arrived early at 7:10 AM for my 7:30 appointment and was promptly met and greeted by Larry, the service manager. I explained the nature of the problem to him, that I brought it in to Vera-Williamson for identical problems about 7 months ago, paid almost $700 to have these issues resolved and that they seemed to be recurring. Larry reassured me that they'd take care of the problem, change the oil, check the tires and take care of other routine maintenance. Larry was friendly, efficient and professional, and he even provided his cell phone number if I had any questions. At 12:30 PM that same day, Larry contacted me and explained exactly what they'd found and what they did to correct it. Best of all, in that relatively short amount of time, they managed to "troubleshoot" the entire vehicle, did quite a bit of work and did not charge me over and above a $100 gift certificate I'd receive from Saturn (as compensation for all of the problems I had with Saturn of Pembroke Pines). I returned to pick up my car at about 2:30 that afternoon, and it was promptly returned to me by service department staff. The car is now running better than it did when I purchased it back in 2007, and best of all, I have found a dealerhship to bring my car for service that I can actually trust to provide courteous, professional and efficient service. Best of all, I was not patronized because I'm a woman, as is so often the case with mechanics and car dealerships. Saturn of Pembroke Pines should send its entire service department staff over to Saturn of West Broward to observe for an entire day so they can learn some customer services skills and how to properly run a service department. I recommend Saturn of West Broward for their courteous, efficient, professional and best of all honest service department to anyone needing repair work or routine maintenance on their Saturn or Suzuki vehicles.

I have been using this service department since I purchased my 2008 Saturn Sky. In that Time Brian Crystall has always provided his services with the utmost of professional attitudes and personal touches. The effectiveness of his knowledge combined with his commitmnet to detailed performance, have and will continue to keep me coming back. Brian has displayed a level of integrity that I was sure was lost from an industry that his filled with competitive finacial abuse. I am thankful for the comfort of knowing I am in good hands whenever in need of auto service.

I own a 2004 Black Saturn Ion (it's so fast) Redline, Black 2006 Saturn Ion 2 for my son, Black 2007 Saturn Vue Redline for my wife. My father in law owns a 2007 Saturn Outlook XR. The only car that ever gave me trouble was my Ion Redline and that was the XM radio, none of oue auto's has ever had a true mechanical problem-just normal service. I have purchased many new auto's in my 54 years, I just love to drive. David Hernandez is my service writer, Chuck is (my) mechanic when I go in for any type of service which is rare, except performance upgrades for my Redline. They handle things to perfection as far as I am concerned, they are kind,caring and just plain glad to help you with whatever issue your having. Anybody can buy a car at a dealership, but it's great service that keeps you coming back. The sale's department, the finance department are also great, no pressure at all. If they don't have the car you want, they find it, go get it and call you to come in for a test drive. I purchased a 2004 V6 Silver Vue all wheel drive in North Virginia as a Christmas gift for my wife on Dec. 24th 2003. I moved to Orlando, Florida March of 2004. I traded her 04 Vue in March of "07". The "07" Redline V6 Vue with all wheel drive, 250HP, DVD, Redline facia and all the bells and whistles and an extended warranty and GAP insurance has a lower payment then the "04" Vue (0% interest). They are an honest dealship and that's hard to find. I own and operate a couple of Flooring stores and beleave me honesty and great service are what keeps me in business in this tough economy. Buy a Saturn at Orlando Saturn South, why shouldn't you be happy too! By the way, the Saturn Outlook my father-in-law purchased is outrageous, when we trade the "07" Vue in that's my wife's next auto by her request. Buy American only, Support our Military and our Vets. No I don't get paid to do this, I just appreciate being treated with respect and that's not often found today anywhere much less in an auto dealership.

Was going to purchase a new Astra when they had the $5000 rebate. Was told I'd get Blue Book or more for my trade. Upon arrival they had an Astra sitting in front of the dealership. So while they're valuing my trade the salesman says he has a few things to do and wanders off. So I wander around and look at what they have. After 30 or so minutes still no salesman, but now I can see him in an office. Finally he comes back telling me about the great deal I'm getting, and shows me paperwork on what my payments will be as well as the out the door price if I elect to go that way. Could see that they were offering me about 2500 less than What Kelly Blue Book says my trade is worth. So I ask to see what they have, finally I'm shown a few (and he keeps looking at the vins and paperwork). We end up at the one in front of the dealership, he then informs me that this is the one the paperwork is on (funny, they decided for me what car I'm buying), asks me if I want to test drive it. Another salesman hears that and says that can't happen, this car is sold. Then I'm told that all the others there would be at least $1500 more. I still don't believe them, should have known something was wrong when all the other dealers only had a $2500 rebate. Then they had the nerve to ask for my license and proof of insurance! To sum it up, lied about what they'd give me on my trade, then decided what car I was going to buy without even showing me any (and then tell me its sold so I'd buy one that more expensive and probably would have been what I wanted anyway). Lying + bait and switch = stay away, stay far away.

Prior to moving to Florida from Long Island, New York my wife and I have been long time Saturn owners. As my wife's lease was about to expire we considered Honda and Toyota, and Saturn as well. As in New York we didn't like the shopping experiences at Toyota or Honda and ended up at Saturn of Osceola. It turns out that our Saturn experience here in Florida was even more enjoyable than in New York (which included a totally awesome delivery atmosphere.) From our first contact with our Sales Consultant, and being introduced to the rest of the staff (including the Sales Manager, the Financial Services Dept. and the Service department.) The pricing here in Osceola is the same as it was on Long Island, which was again a pleasure to not have to negotiate the sticker. All in all a truly AWESOME buying experience, I would send everyone I know to Tom B. and the folks at Saturn of Oceola! :)

This is my third vehicle from this dealer. I have had three different salesmen, but the managers always remember me and help me out. Their Sales and Service dept's treat me like family. When I drop my cars off for an oil change, they drive me to work and then pick me back up at the end of the day. Thankfully, Saturn keeps coming out with nicer and nicer vehicles, so there is always one I am in love with when it is time for me to get a new car. I currently have the Aura and the Outlook and I love them. Thank you Sebastian, as always.

I had recently been involved in a mva in Jan. 2011, 3 short months after moving here to Fl. I had no choice but to search for another vehicle online, and was without any form of transportation.I had actually just gotten out of a cast on my right leg and ankle 2 weeks before. When i received a courteous return call from Mr. Blakely, in response to my online request;he was very empathetic of my situation. He actually drove to my apt., picked me up in a very timely manner, and drove me to the dealership to look at the car I had inquired about. He was very honest, up-front,and professional in his mannerism. I actually felt as if I had met my first friend here. To be honest,I actually took up way too much of his time that day.However; never once did he make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. This decision to purchase another vehicle was very hard for me emotionally. Mr. Blakley made me feel very comfortable while I made this very difficult decision. There were a few flaws that needed taken care of; such as a new rear wiper blade,a broken part on the backseat, and 2 new tires for the back. He was kind enough to write an i.o.u. for these things, had the vehicle detailed, and I was able to drive it home that day. He assured me he would call me when the parts were in and I could come over and get them put on. Overall I would rate this salesman and the dealership as excellent and have no reservations about recommending this dealer to all my neighbors, and future friends.
