I will start by saying that this dealerships service department is a train wreck, and I will never bring my camper that I bought from them here again and have written 2 other reviews for the reasons why. If this review was about the service department and dealership it would have a negative 20 Stars! But this review is about DJ McNAMARA. He is a service advisor there and he was very familiar with my relationship with this dealership. During our first camping trip out after getting it back from the dealership, the lights under the awning didn't work. The lights were the several weeks or months hold up for us to get our camper back in the first place. After looking at it today they left the original lights on the camper, which is why they were so gracious as to not charge me for them on the original bill of repairs as the CEO pointed out in his response to my review. Thank you, sir, for not charging me for something that was claimed to be fixed but in reality, was not, hope you didn't throw out your shoulder patting yourself on the back for that charity! DJ MADE IT RIGHT!! Thank you, DJ. He got me new lights and sent someone to install them on the company’s dime. Even though I am very unhappy with this company, credit is due to the employees that work under leadership that struggle to do the right thing. Great Job DJ and Thank you again.

Worst experience ever when doing an investment like this. Sales Person (Ramon Fuertes) was excellent...no doubt about that but the Finance Department was a mess, no communication whatsoever until the day of picking the unit up. After that, I had to bring the unit back a month later because just before I left on the day of pick up I was told that they had to order a new under belly because the technician messed up the one that came with the unit. They told me 1 to 2 days after I dropped it off. It has been 9 days now and I can't even talk to the original tech that received my unit so another tech answered my calls not knowing what is going on with my unit and telling me that Jorden will call me back. I called again today, no luck, asked for the Service Manager, no luck, contacted the CEO which I have two surveys to fill out, no luck. Horrible Dealer...PLEASE STAY AWAY! Is been the worst experience ever.
