I HIGHLY recommend Century Kia of Tampa. I came in through the internet to shop for Kia EV Winds. The ladies in the internet department were amazing. Very courteous and direct with the answers to my questions. I was not able to purchase a Kia from Century Kia because I live over an hour and a half away. BUT I was so impressed with the internet department's work that I wanted to recognize their professionalism.

I did a vehicle trade in June 29, 2024 and received a new 2023 Jeep Compass and by late September I started observing battery light issues. I took the vehicle in to CDRJ twice the last date October 5th the vehicle has been in the service department since then. All I am hearing from the service department is there is no ETA on the parts from the manufacturer so now I am stuck with car payment but am not driving the car I bought instead I am in a smaller jeep Renegade that was given as rental. I am beyond angry at this point. This car dealership is the absolute worst all they care about is money for their pocket and not the customer. My advise don't buy your vehicle at CDRJ. The finance department is a rip off too..Yan Gonzales did the financial documents for the ca, I bought twice changing to price on me and don't try calling because there is always no response. Run as far away as you can from this dealership spend your money somewhere else.
