The GM contacted me today to apologize for poor service - Bob bodine

The GM contacted me today to apologize for poor service that I received for my key. We discussed the issue and he said they cut the emergency key for and would reimburse my time and expenses. That was not necessary but was appreciated. They even offered to deliver the key and reimbursement. To me they above and beyond to correct a problem.

The Subaru Dealership in Ft Walton, Florida is awesome!! We were out of town and broke down. They made the whole experience minor in the whole scheme of our trip to see our oldest granddaughter get married. I have only taken my car to the dealership for service since I got my car. I have always gotten great service but the Ft Walton Dealership, Jason went above and beyond great service. This would be a great place to buy a car.

Recently had my Outback Wilderness in for its major 60k - Subie68

Recently had my Outback Wilderness in for its major 60k service interval. Sean (Service Advisor) met me at my car when I arrived for my appointment, explained the services to be performed and informed me approximately how long it would take to complete. I decided to wait at the dealership. Sean kept me informed along the way with the progress of service. Mike (Master Tech) worked on my car as he had done in the past. Mike is excellent at his job as he was able to complete the service ahead of the estimate Sean had provided me upon my arrival. Thank you, Sean and Mike for taking care of Outback.
