I liked the salesman at first. Nice guy. But the truth is he lied to me. When someone lies to your face... hard to accept sometimes. Because you wanted to like the person or place. For example the car was out of alignment causing front tires to be balding round on the sides. Looked like an orange on side of both front tires. I said woah thats bad. He said no thats normal. Yeah. That actually happened. Thats why this review exists now. I mean how stupid or vile do you need to be to tell a stranger that. PS didnt have hesrt to tell him im a 30 years retired mechanic for that brand of vehicle. Dumb xxx. He also was supposed to call me with information. He never called. I asked for basic servicing paperwork because he told me it existed. He sounded like I was inconveniencing him. Still never called back. I was open minded to simply fix the alignment myself but the guy was so difficult I simply drove 15 min down road bought new one few days later. Read other reviews later and saw others saying they had tough time or inventory with problems so they passed too. If he didnt lie and just called me car would have been sold

I bought a BMW from this company after seeing an ad on Craigslist. The car was nicer in person that it appeared from the pictures and video they had online. Scott answered all of my questions over the phone and was extremely professional and helpful in person. I never felt pressured throughout the experience, and the car has been a pleasure to this day. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a good car with no typical used car salesman nonsense being thrown at you. I shopped my car for about three months, and they actually had the lowest priced model within the state. The rest of their inventory seemed pretty close to private party prices as well.

Jeena Verdelotti is the best, hands down you're not going to go wrong working with her. I have done business before and will continue to do business with Jeena even if rebates are not in season. She is phenomenal at providing customer-centric focus and she ultimately earns your trust. Great overall person to work with and know you not getting ripped off, which is rare to say with car sales. This dealer will also go above and beyond. The valet service is something to not take likely. They are truly exceptional and such a time saver. Think about this everyone, being very busy at work, they drive an hour out of their way to pick up your car, leave a loaner, take care of maintenance and when they return.....not only do I receive my car taken care of, they also detail it and fill it full with gas. The vehicle was listed for sale and there was no images - Says.. “Coming Soon..” I inquired about the car to see if it was available the sales person presumed to be the owner or head of the sales department says.. “We are not accepting anything less than one penny.. the price is not negotiable!…we do not normally sell trades and we send them to the auction to be sold” SO WHY ADVERTISE IT AS IF YOU HAVE EVERY INTENTION ON SELLING AT YOUR DEALERSHIP!?! WHERE THERE WAS NO INTENTION IN THE FIRST PLACE. BAD SALES TACTIC! Images: I wanted to to see some quick images but they inform me that the car was in a repair shop and could someone take a quick snapshot of this car as I was thinking of putting a deposit hold on it prior viewing the car - since I was two hours away. I even suggest someone go and take a photo or two of the car so I could get a idea of its shape prior driving out to the dealership 2 hours away. They gave me no interests of doing such nor any intentions of selling it high priority at the dealership but keen on towards the auction option. Nevertheless, Not only they lost me as a Future Customer; (I was interested in a another vehicle as well, but never mind!) Very arrogant, unhelpful, and false intentions. This may sound a bit cheesy or overdone, but I could not have been more pleased with EVERY part of my dealings with JC and the folks at H&H. I'd been looking non-stop for 2 months for the right car, and they really WOWed me. Anyone can sell a clean car, but H&H was phenominal to deal with, mostly for their trustworthiness, knowledge, and obsession with doing it right. "Exceeds expectations" is an understatement, and they still provide advice well after the sell has ended. The price was exceptional, I'm confident in the quality, and I met other people while making the purchase who had repeatedly purchased numerous Vettes from them already (private owners). I didn't really think there were still people out there who were really stand-up folks, but they still exist. Concrete positive examples of H&H are: in-depth discussion about the care of the vehicle, advice on modifications/exhaust (if any), and expectations for future performance/wear/longevity for covettes specifically, etc..; a guarantee that I would be pleased and that everything was as previously mentioned (super clean and fully functioning), which they backed up....if I wasn't pleased they said they would buy my plane ticket home (I flew from northern Virginia for the car); extreme disclosure about any and every minute flaw; service performed on the car that only corvette specialists would be aware of, such as leaky seals in the rear-end; and, JC came to pick me up from the airport. They set their standards very high for cars they deal with, making sure that they have not been modified or abused. When buying a high performance vehicle, being able to assess the history is paramount, and they do a great job. The car I bought had 55K miles and it looks like its seen only 15K or less....I brag about my deal when people ask, and they car is in great shape so I get many compliments on its condition. Needless to say, my waiting and research paid off. I would send any friend or family member there, confident they would be taken care of. If you are buying a Corvette, call them and have them find you one that's worth buying...it will be worth the wait.

I was excited to buy a new car, and a received a vehicle in bad conditions. The spare tire and the wire to keep it in place were cut and stolen. The injectors were dirty and now I have to pay for them. Problems with the transmission. Abnormal vibration in the rear tires. It’s been 5 days since I got my car and it’s been in the mechanic for 3 days. It is frustrating for me and my family. I would like to see how they would help me to solve the problem with my car.

My wife and I had been trying to buy a good used car and have realized what an absolute nightmare this can be with all of the big dealerships playing a nasty game of surprise fees. We thought we found a great option at Hertz. Through multiple calls, texts, and emails we discussed a car we liked and got the cash-out-the-door price. I asked multiple times to confirm this was correct/ full and final numbers and that there would be no surprises. They confirmed. We thought we were finally saved from the nonsense of all the shady dealers out there. We went into the showroom, had our test-drive, and had our money ready to go. Suddenly we get the price sheet and it was $1,000 more than the cash price we were given, even after our trade in that was not figured into the prior numbers (lowest trade-in value of anyone else we had visited by a long shot). I asked what the heck happened and was told they didn't include tax before. We were very disappointed, but weren't too far off if they would give a respectable number on our trade, we could still get the job done... A manager came out and was very rude. He was raising his voice with us and treated us like it was our fault and refused to do anything else. I told him this could be resolved without angry, but he continued raising his voice and speaking aggressively. There was no apology, there was no effort. Nothing but a yelling manager who wanted to pass their ineptitude onto us, rather than taking an ounce of personal responsibility. We asked for the cash-out-the-door price, they gave it to us, we asked to confirm that was absolutely it, they confirmed... We were duped again by nasty people and treated like garbage in the process. All of this while another customer was in the building to witness. Buyer beware, these people cannot be trusted to treat you fairly and not pull a bait and switch with pricing once you're in the door.

After paying $31,000 cash for a 2017 Maserati Lavonte it - MJ Dissapointed Buyer

After paying $31,000 cash for a 2017 Maserati Lavonte it wouldn't start. I had roadside service jump it and it fired right up. Long story short when I had a mechanic look over it, it needs major engine work, timing chains and cam sensors need replacing. The lower fron arms also need to be replaced. And on top of that all 4 of my tires need to be replaced as the wore is showing through the tread. Without replacing the tires cost of the labor and parts is just shy of 8500 dollars. When I contacted Brandon his response was "bad luck" and suggested I put a "bandaid: on it and sell it. He also further explained no inspection was completed on my vehicle before he sold it to me because he said he ftove it and it was fine. I still have nt revieved my title (now a week past purchase date) and je is not taking my calls. I was hoping we could come up with a resolution but it's obvious he doesn't have a care in world he sold me useless car. Buyers beware.

I purchased a Mazda RX8 from J&C and the second day I got it, it broke down on I75. I had it towed to the dealership and they repaired the car but then had it in the shop 2 more times within 2 months... ( brakes were shot, new master cylinder, slave cylinder, A/C wasn't working right, Gear shift knob fell off (had to fix myself), wiper blades were shot, tag light was broken (repaired myself) , .I told them the tire alert light was on and they said they checked the tires and they were fine....after 3 months and taking it to have the oil changed, I was told that all 4 tires were 12 lbs low and the car had less than a quart of oil in it!!!! I am very dissatisfied with them and when I tried to get them to change out the car with something else, they refused!!!! Word of Caution...... only use them as a last resort and have the car checked out before purchasing!!!! I have purchased with them before but this time , they have totally lost my business and referrals.

I would NOT recomend anyone go through jd byrider for a vehicle...i got my car through them a year ago and the week i got it the backs to my seats fell off and 3 out of 4 of my doorhandles fell out...and thats not even the bad part...recently i was in a car accident when a man came through the light and hit me and he refused to take responsibility for it so i call my insurance that jd byrider set me up with to find out that they wouldnt pay to fix my car either so i called jd byrider and had to go through the insurance through them and they totaled my car out...my car had 5000 dollars worth of damage and they gave jd byrider 3000 dollars and now not only am i out of a car i also have to pay jd burider 7000 dollars .... I was paying 19,000 for a car that was only worth 10,000...so for anuone who wants to b ripped off that would be the place to go...yes they make it sound good with the low down payment and putting you in a car based on your income but reguarding what ur income is your not going to get the car you want they give you a choice of a few cars they choses for you and by the time its all said and done you will pay double what its worth or you could be like me without a car and still have to pay them....i will never go through jd byrider again and i will recomend everyone i know to do the same they are nothing but a rip off i would rather walk before i go through them again...
