I went to this dealership to look at a vehicle I had found online. The salesman was absolutely incompetent and was arguing with me that there was a light on for the ABS and traction control. There was nothing to argue about, you could clearly see the light was on. Got into the car to test drive it and it was so empty that the remote starter turned itself off. The vehicle was dirty and by no means ready to drive off the lot. The salesman was playing games and would not give us a bottom line number. We walked out. Of course they called us back the next day trying to make a sale Surprisingly the price of the car had jumped $500. Be very careful of the price if you find online versus their website. I ended up going to a different dealer last night and purchasing my car with no issues

They were great during the "sale" process but afterwords I was stuck. I bought a wrap around warranty on the vehicle and the DVD players Headrests were not functional (they were not tested during the buying process), When I inquired why I was not told they were not covered, I was told they were not covered because the warranty only covered factory parts not stuff put in later. They apparently did not test all functions of the vehicle prior to my purchase. Had I been given a heads up, I could worked something out before the sale was complete. So now less then a month later I have two broken DVD players, and best part is that the headrest itself broke off on the driver seat, and is not covered under warranty. I have some additional costs to get myself a new headrest and new DVD players. Next time its Carvana all the way! I have a string of texts saying I am out of luck. Communication with the dealer- "it's unfortunate".

The first couple of times I went when Tiffany Bruce and Peter Huhn were around were great. After that service went downhill. While waiting on my vehicle, a salesperson was talking to another person about how they should come work at Heritage Mitsubishi and they would make great money and bragged about how much she made off the car she just sold in front of me the customer. I don't want to hear salespeople bragging about how much they made while waiting in the waiting area. The other time I went there, the service guy said he would be at my car with my keys after I paid. The guy was nowhere to be found, nor were my keys even though the car was sitting there waiting. I had to go to Heritage Cadillac and have them contact the person who had my keys to see if they could find him. It took over 15 minutes to get my keys back so I could leave. Other times, I have gone online to schedule an appointment and have not been contacted back by email or phone to confirm the time. I contacted my previous dealer the same way online and was instantly contacted back the same day I sent an appointment request. Even though the previous dealer is further out, their service is far better than what I have had the past 2 years at Heritage.

I traded my car in for a 2015 Outlander in February 2016. Today, it is July 2016, and til this day, my previous loan has not been paid off! That's freaking 5 months! This is ridiculous! I have been calling to get this situation taken care of and I just keep getting the run around or I can never get a hold of anyone! They are LIARS (esp JAMES - the finance guy) and they just want your money! They definitely don't process trade payoffs as agreed to in the contract. Very unorganized business!! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS BS DEALERSHIP!! I've warned you! Wish I've seen these reviews before buying a car from there!
