Our salesperson, Blake, came out to meet us in the parking lot! We had contacted a website on a Friday night, and he responded back and set up a meeting on Saturday morning. The car was as advertised, and as priced on the website. Did a test drive, all our questions were answered, and we sat and did a credit application. I found each employee with whom we came in contact to be courteous and friendly. They put gas in the car and cleaned it thoroughly. Explained controls, set up the Bluetooth for me, and off we went! Several employees even suggested places we could have lunch before driving our 2 hours back to SC. We were satisfied with the great service we received.Blak

After a few months of researching vehicles and dealerships, I stumbled across Select and I couldn’t be more pleased. All original correspondence was via email and all questions were answered in a timely manner. My visit was scheduled with Thom but he was assisting another customer when I arrived, so he assigned another colleague so we wouldn’t have to wait. I tested the vehicle and had a small concern that was immediately addressed and corrected. My offer was accepted, signed a few times and took ownership of my new ride... wife is jealous and now wants a new van. We’ll see!! Thanks again Thom and team for a straight forward and easy transaction. Will definitely recommend this dealership.

I attempted to buy a used wholesale car from out of state with John Crespo. I called at 8:30 am Monday morning when the dealership opened and it was posted the same day so it’s not possible someone else called or viewed this before me. He was very helpful at first then after I agreed to pay the price he asked and asked for a invoice so I can leave a deposit he lost all contact with me. I was looking to buy the car over the phone and fly in the next day to drive it home. Only after calling several hours later and asking myself did I find out they were negotiating a deal locally. Very unprofessional on the dealerships part and Johns part. I understand the profession is not a honorable one to begin with but at least try.

Great price on my new car. Didn't even have to haggle. The compliments stop here. RUDE finance lady. Manager left me standing when I pointed out minor damage to my brand new car when I took delivery. He literally walked away. Received car missing the spare $300 key. They ordered another key, but didn't bother to call to let me know when it was ready to pick up. I finally called 2wks later to ask what the holdup was. Picked up the key and was told I needed to drive even further from home (was already 45mins away) to have the key programmed at another dealership. They should have done this for the customer! Title wasn't processed in a timely manner. Took nearly 2mos. I had traded in a car and that loan was not paid off timely either. I had to make 2 additional payments on a car I no longer owned. That was utterly ridiculous and had me fuming. Horrible headache of a car purchase!

The first couple of times I went when Tiffany Bruce and Peter Huhn were around were great. After that service went downhill. While waiting on my vehicle, a salesperson was talking to another person about how they should come work at Heritage Mitsubishi and they would make great money and bragged about how much she made off the car she just sold in front of me the customer. I don't want to hear salespeople bragging about how much they made while waiting in the waiting area. The other time I went there, the service guy said he would be at my car with my keys after I paid. The guy was nowhere to be found, nor were my keys even though the car was sitting there waiting. I had to go to Heritage Cadillac and have them contact the person who had my keys to see if they could find him. It took over 15 minutes to get my keys back so I could leave. Other times, I have gone online to schedule an appointment and have not been contacted back by email or phone to confirm the time. I contacted my previous dealer the same way online and was instantly contacted back the same day I sent an appointment request. Even though the previous dealer is further out, their service is far better than what I have had the past 2 years at Heritage.
