Great deal, quick and easy! - Happy
Fantastic dealership! Not pushy but attentive. Found what we wanted, no haggling bc the price was already extremely fair. Craig Hooten and Jason Ferguson made finance a breeze. Quickest purchase of a vehicle ever! Highly recommend this dealership and it’s staff:).

So Good but.. - FordguyGA
I recently purchased a 2016 Escape from this dealer for a really good price. Both the sales and finance teams (Somphet and Jason) were very nice and efficient, I came in late on a friday and was out within an hour. I was also able to get a very competitive rate based on my small-ish loan size, one that could hardly be beat except through some of the "sketchier" Bankrate banks. Since it was late on a friday, I didn't look things over as well as I should have and found a large indentation on the door, and tires that only had a few thousand miles left. Minor issues, but paintless dent removal would have been able to remove that, and id rather have been able to buy the nicer tires that I did rather than them adding a few hundred dollars to the price and putting the crappy no-name ones on that some other dealers do. However, the biggest issue is that the roof leaks. This is a common problem for these and it doesn't have a warranty but it was obvious only after the first rain, and is bad enough that they had to have noticed it and cleaned it up. This was a trade-in so I am sympathetic that they probably got stuck with it the way I did but it's likely to be an expensive repair. I tried emailing my sales associate to see if there was anything they do but she didn't respond. Had the car not leaked or they fixed it this would definitely be a 5 star review, but if you buy here just be sure to look over the car very well. Overall I was very pleased until the first rain, and if your car doesn't have any problems the other parts of the experience are very pleasant and low pressure.
I lost thousands of dollars in pointless repairs - not an important customer
First, that told me it was safe to drive a vehicle that would stall in the middle of the road.
Next they told me that the problem was the torque converter and it would cost 1600-1800 in repairs but they recommended that I replaced the ecm and emobilizer.
That took weeks to ship but when I got it, the mechanics let my car sit so long until the battery died and the right rear tire was flat.
Then when they told me my car was fixed, it wasn't it cutoff in the middle of the road. The dealership told me the problem was the throttle body cable was binding up and that the vehicle was not safe to drive.
Last I took my car home and then starter died on me. I hate Bill Holt Mitsubishi I LOST THOUSAND OF DOLLARS IN POINTLESS REPAIRS, IM IN SO MUCH DEBT THAT I GETTING EVICTED. AND I STILL NEEDED TO GET A NEW CAR.

Perhaps the worst car buying experience of my life.... - Ben H.
Perhaps the worst car buying experience of my life. Secured a pretty nice pre-approval deal with my bank, and indicated online I was interested in a certain 2016 KIA Soul.
Was promptly called back by Stacy, the GM, who was very nice, and we set up a time on Friday, October 4th for me to test drive. Got a follow up text from Jessica, the dealership’s liaison with my bank. She answered a lot of my questions and gave me instructions to ask for sales manager Patrick when I arrived, that the car would be out front waiting on me to test drive, and that I was in the system.
When I arrived via Uber (I fully intended to drive off that lot with my new KIA Soul) at 6:05, I checked in with the front desk and asked for Patrick as instructed. 30 minutes later, after the front desk assistant REMINDED Patrick that I was there to see him, Patrick came out to inform me that he’d never informed me, I wasn’t in their system as a pre-approval, and that no such car existed on their lot. Imagine my shock.
It was only when I pulled Stacy’s business card that Patrick sent me to their sister dealership next door. No one there knew who I was, wasn’t in the system, and there was no Patrick at that location and no one named Jessica worked there. The only bright spot was Isaiah, a sales rep, who manually got my information and put it in the system. So that car I came to buy? They couldn’t find it. It had just been sold mere MINUTES before, but there was a slightly newer car that was a little more expensive....
Starting to sound familiar?
40 miles and $50 in Uber costs later, I have no car and what is without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. The dishonesty, the lack of organization, and the monumental waste of my time have left me in absolute awe of this business. I’m not even angry anymore. I’m just stunned that they do business this way.
This is the most untrustworthy place to finance a used... - Buyer Beware
This is the most untrustworthy place to finance a used vehicle. If I knew then what I know now I would if laughed and walked out as soon as the first sign of SPOT FINANCING . Between that and the YO YO sales and the lies and underhanded slick rick paper work and my good nature they total advantage of me. The truck I ended being pick out for me by them cost me $4500. In there pocket fees over the advertised price which was $25552. Total with there 8n pocket fees $29000. I am filing a complaint. With the Consumer Protection Agency and also Calling Mitsubishi corporate office, Dodge ,just to let them know what kind of business is representingt and sellinghere products . Probably won't do any good but at least I tried to warn everyone. They have no morals., Integrity and no conscious to take advantages of customers they way they did me. Unlawful sales tactics.!!!
I had a good experience working with my Sales consultant "TR - robertc
I will reserve my opinion regarding the Dealership as a whole and focus my review on my Sales experience, My Sales consultant was a gentlemen named "TR" He had me covered throughout the entire Sale/Purchase process. I saw the car online, made contact via email and TR called me back. The price on the source I was looking at was less so they honored the lower price. I schedule an appointment to test drive the car (I am 2.5 hrs away from Atlanta) and met TR Saturday morning. The car we clean and waiting for me (yeah... it was on empty) I bought the car and am pleased with the purchase.
Be prepared for the sales pitch for extended service warranty and gap insurance sales during the financing/closing (just expect it and plan accordingly) . Thanks TR!
Great Start. Lousy Finish. - palebeachbum
Great price on my new car. Didn't even have to haggle. The compliments stop here. RUDE finance lady. Manager left me standing when I pointed out minor damage to my brand new car when I took delivery. He literally walked away. Received car missing the spare $300 key. They ordered another key, but didn't bother to call to let me know when it was ready to pick up. I finally called 2wks later to ask what the holdup was. Picked up the key and was told I needed to drive even further from home (was already 45mins away) to have the key programmed at another dealership. They should have done this for the customer! Title wasn't processed in a timely manner. Took nearly 2mos. I had traded in a car and that loan was not paid off timely either. I had to make 2 additional payments on a car I no longer owned. That was utterly ridiculous and had me fuming. Horrible headache of a car purchase!
Worst dealership ever - NicoleYoshi
Taylor(sales guy) ciara(online sales) and whatever manager makes promises to lure you out there, and when you get there nothing is what they've told you. I told them i live over 2hours away....they told me that they had everything together and I'll be set. I get there and they tell me i have to pay out more than what was told. And i was basically denied. Over 2 hours to waste my time and money. I would never return or recommend them to anyone else. They talk to you so nonchalant like. They dont really care. And during the process my credit was ran over 6x. Why??? This place needs to be shut down. Still advertise $78 down but once you go....they dont have the special anymore. But the sign is in the grass there. Worst place to go for business.
