Do you like empty promises? Out right lies? What about wasting your time? How about being ignored on mutliple levels of communication?
Well, if you said yes to any of those things have I got place for you...come on down to Roswell Mitsubishi and they will provide not just one of those but from my experience every single one of them!
So far I spent an 6 hours buying a car that was pre-negotiated on only to have them change everything at the last minute and then take hours to get the car ready for me to take home.
Is that all you ask? Why no that is just where the fun begins!
Since then I have called, texted, and emailed Danny, Eric, Randy, Sam, and Efram (My apologies if I misspelled Efram) all to no avail.
You see in the entire month since I have made my purchase they can't seem to pay off my trade in as they said they would in the contract I signed.
First I was told by Eric it would take 10-15 business days to get done. Then I called after that time and Danny assured me that it would be paid before the 16th of May when the monthly payment was due. Then I called on the 15th and they said it was sent.
So imagine my surprise when I found out today that it hasn't been paid off yet.
Luckily I called and Randy is supposed to call me back letting me know when the check was sent. It's only been 4 hours so I'm sure he's just busy.
Now I have to take a day off of work and drive 2 hours to make them pay what they said they would in writing.
Thanks for screwing me Roswell Mitsubishi can't wait to see how the tag transfer goes!
Remember folks you can buy a luxury car lots of places but if you want hassles, lies, and just a general sense of being screwed over than Roswell Mitsubishi is the dealership for you!

It was a great experience. The sales person and finance manager worked to make sure we left with exactly what we wanted. We didn’t have to spend a whole day there and they were honest and knowledgeable. Definitely will highly recommend them to friends and family.

First I called to inquire about a pre-approved offer that I had received from Capital One, and asked if it was that easy, I just bring my offer, ID and insurance card, I spoke with Roger and he told me that it was that easy. Still not quite inconvenienced, I decided to go anyway, because I really needed a car. It was really that easy, the payment and the price of the car were a little higher than I expected, but I was very satisfied. Roger even followed me so I could drop off the car that I had driven to the dealership. He made the experience very pleasant and there was no pressure. Thank you Roger very much!!!

I traded my car in for a 2015 Outlander in February 2016. Today, it is July 2016, and til this day, my previous loan has not been paid off! That's freaking 5 months! This is ridiculous! I have been calling to get this situation taken care of and I just keep getting the run around or I can never get a hold of anyone! They are LIARS (esp JAMES - the finance guy) and they just want your money! They definitely don't process trade payoffs as agreed to in the contract. Very unorganized business!! DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS BS DEALERSHIP!! I've warned you! Wish I've seen these reviews before buying a car from there!

The first couple of times I went when Tiffany Bruce and Peter Huhn were around were great. After that service went downhill. While waiting on my vehicle, a salesperson was talking to another person about how they should come work at Heritage Mitsubishi and they would make great money and bragged about how much she made off the car she just sold in front of me the customer. I don't want to hear salespeople bragging about how much they made while waiting in the waiting area. The other time I went there, the service guy said he would be at my car with my keys after I paid. The guy was nowhere to be found, nor were my keys even though the car was sitting there waiting. I had to go to Heritage Cadillac and have them contact the person who had my keys to see if they could find him. It took over 15 minutes to get my keys back so I could leave. Other times, I have gone online to schedule an appointment and have not been contacted back by email or phone to confirm the time. I contacted my previous dealer the same way online and was instantly contacted back the same day I sent an appointment request. Even though the previous dealer is further out, their service is far better than what I have had the past 2 years at Heritage.
