The personal at this dealership were professional, helpful, timely, and quite reasonable with their offers. They helped me find my current car, and I recommend them quite highly. Randy Jarrett was my contact during the whole process, and he really knew his stuff. I appreciated the attention he took towards helping us through the process.

I went all by myself to test drive some cars into this... - Diana R Hohenberger
I went all by myself to test drive some cars into this dealership. I have nothing to say, but great things about Marko (sales associate) and Alan Ramada (sales manager). The next day, I took my husband with me as I wanted to show him the car I liked. We ended up buying my car here after visiting several dealerships for about 3 days and meeting lots of sales guys. At Gravity Autos Roswell, it was No pressure, It was hassle free, the guys were professional and they took great care of me/my car needs. They did extra things which showed excellent customer service! very important for me. I have stayed in contact with ALAN, the sales manager, and he has been very responsive, even after the sale. I will recommend this place to family and friends and will come back here should we decided to purchase another car. We also interacted with one of the general managers, Danny Haddad and he was very pleasant as well. Last, but not least, they have a great cappuccino machine... I'm a coffee drinker, so this has been an added bonus.

I purchased a new vehicle from them in April 2019. I was told they had a Credit Repair Program they were offering which allowed me to be placed into a new vehicle with zero down. When I went in to purchase I was told my payments may be high at first but take a new car, make on time payments on it for six months, then bring it back in to trade for the vehicle I want and they would use the payments I made as a down payment for my new vehicle and refinance to lower my payments and interest rates. They also offered a free first oil change.... ALL LIES!!! They put me in a car I didn't want (I needed a third row) with payments over $500 and had me put down $1,000 as a down payment. After my six months they gave me the run around and told me I can trade my car back in IF I do a voluntary repossession or pay $10-11,000 in negative equity which they failed to disclose. The vehicle had electrical issues and cut off on me on the highway twice and once we were almost hit by a semi-truck because of it. The Service Dept said they fixed it but my radio continues to cut on and off while I'm driving. They also did a refinance to my car without my knowledge or consent. They also didn't do a free oil change. I paid for the first one and when they decide to do a "free" one, the service rep stated I needed to replace my oil filter at an extra cost. How do you do an oil change without replacing the filter?! Our sales rep Donald was nice and tried his best to help, but Paul kept giving me the run around and avoided me at all costs. I am not stuck in a vehicle that still doesn't fit my families needs with high payments!

These guys think that sending marketing to people that makes them think they have won a substantial prize in order to trick them into coming to their dealership is an ok thing to do. DECEPTIVE!! That is the lowest bottom of the barrel kind of attempt to attain a customer. There’s no way I would ever buy from them. You can’t trick people into being your customers.

Perhaps the worst car buying experience of my life.... - Ben H.
Perhaps the worst car buying experience of my life. Secured a pretty nice pre-approval deal with my bank, and indicated online I was interested in a certain 2016 KIA Soul.
Was promptly called back by Stacy, the GM, who was very nice, and we set up a time on Friday, October 4th for me to test drive. Got a follow up text from Jessica, the dealership’s liaison with my bank. She answered a lot of my questions and gave me instructions to ask for sales manager Patrick when I arrived, that the car would be out front waiting on me to test drive, and that I was in the system.
When I arrived via Uber (I fully intended to drive off that lot with my new KIA Soul) at 6:05, I checked in with the front desk and asked for Patrick as instructed. 30 minutes later, after the front desk assistant REMINDED Patrick that I was there to see him, Patrick came out to inform me that he’d never informed me, I wasn’t in their system as a pre-approval, and that no such car existed on their lot. Imagine my shock.
It was only when I pulled Stacy’s business card that Patrick sent me to their sister dealership next door. No one there knew who I was, wasn’t in the system, and there was no Patrick at that location and no one named Jessica worked there. The only bright spot was Isaiah, a sales rep, who manually got my information and put it in the system. So that car I came to buy? They couldn’t find it. It had just been sold mere MINUTES before, but there was a slightly newer car that was a little more expensive....
Starting to sound familiar?
40 miles and $50 in Uber costs later, I have no car and what is without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. The dishonesty, the lack of organization, and the monumental waste of my time have left me in absolute awe of this business. I’m not even angry anymore. I’m just stunned that they do business this way.

Great Start. Lousy Finish. - palebeachbum
Great price on my new car. Didn't even have to haggle. The compliments stop here. RUDE finance lady. Manager left me standing when I pointed out minor damage to my brand new car when I took delivery. He literally walked away. Received car missing the spare $300 key. They ordered another key, but didn't bother to call to let me know when it was ready to pick up. I finally called 2wks later to ask what the holdup was. Picked up the key and was told I needed to drive even further from home (was already 45mins away) to have the key programmed at another dealership. They should have done this for the customer! Title wasn't processed in a timely manner. Took nearly 2mos. I had traded in a car and that loan was not paid off timely either. I had to make 2 additional payments on a car I no longer owned. That was utterly ridiculous and had me fuming. Horrible headache of a car purchase!
