car damaged by dealership - kippy
I had to stop here while on the road. they said I needed breaks. while with the dealer an employee accidently smashed the front grill of my caravan. The dealer agreed they did the damage. told me to get my car fixed and they would reimburse me. The bill was very low. The repair shop only charged for the part. and the dealership won't reimburse me even though they have the bill and promised they would reimburse me. We are only talking $350. Very Sad

Currently dealing with a situation with this dealership where my warranty claim was never submitted. 3 weeks and no return phone calls later I finally reach the service department to find no manager at work to submit it and a General Manager, Scott Downer, who is “too busy” to take a call. Still no resolution in site.

Billy and team worked hard with me to get quality repairs done at sensible prices, especially for such an older car.

My Service Advisor Chris Martin was outstanding! Chris worked with me to ensure I fully understood all the major issues with my 2013 CC. He and his team did a full inspection of my car and did not make me feel pressured at any step of the service. Chris knew my car held sentimental value and treated the entire transaction with me with a respect and sincere care. He even found discounts for some parts of the service. I am now a loyal patron and will take my baby back to Stone Mountain VW for the life of my car… she now runs like new🙏💛. Thanks, Chris and your Service team for a job well
