We needed a new car and being Costco customers we use their buying service. We contacted Costco who put us in touch with Hyundai Waipio immediately. Within a minute of our inquiry we got an email AND phone Message from Joshua Matsushige introducing himself and his desire to help us.
We explained our circumstances, all of them, and he explained some options and provided his hours of availability. We met him at the dealership a mere 30 minutes prior to closing on a Sunday evening. He had the particular model we had discussed up front for us to inspect and got us out on a test drive right away. We loved the car and the evening just got better from there.
From the initial contact until service after the sale, this has been an outstanding experience. In three hours total time at the dealership we were done. Financing, accessories and final walk through/inspection all completed without an hitch or a concern. we went from dreading having to look for a car to being overjoyed with having met Josh and the fine people at Hyundai Waipio

Repair of Nissan Froniier - Jokabug
We've used the repair service at Nissan for awhile and they again did a great job on our Frontier. We worked with Ryan and he really takes great care of us. The replacement part was a part that was no longer manufactured so the choice was either a remanufactured part or a used part. He also said if I could find a part, i could get it and they would install it. Well, I searched and found it almost impossible to find. I passed on people trying to sell used parts, parts that were close but not quite the same but saying it works, etc. Then I got a call from Ryan saying they found one. This was a big relief because you get not only factory repair vut also a great warranty. Well, it got fixed and cost was more than reasonable. We use Nissan because they are competitive in cost and are doing factory standard repairs. Thank you Nissan and Ryan.
