Non-aggressive salesman name Jon Nishimura 5-stars. However, this review is for Aaron Chan, service dept. Over the first year of owning my new car, I was not impressed by the service department. The mechanics were great, but the front people at the desk and cash register weren't smiling or courteous, it appeared fake. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I owned a nissan before and compared to its courtesy service, VW lagged big time. I really didn't like going there to service my car.
Today I tried to adjust my tire pressure myself at a gas station, successful, but the alarm signal didn't turn off. I drove 30 mins to the VW center, expected a greet and "how can I help you" but it's always that same older man at the desk with the blank stare. I explained my situation, and it was the young man name Aaron Chan who jumped up and went straight to my car, all with an attitude like "no problem" and explained everything as he inspected the vehicle. He was very poiite and perfectly explained how to do it myself, he even said to come by anytime, and wouldn't except a tip. VW should be glad to have Aaron Chan at service because he renewed my favor toward VW. Mahalo Aaron.

My salesman, Iven, was very experienced and a good salesman. He answered all of our questions and didn't rush us. He made sure we got what we wanted. We got some great military specials too. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I was welcomed immediately by a very pleasant agent, who gathered information from me, checked my car and answered my questions. She explained the service documents clearly and concisely. At my request she estimated the length of time it would take to service my car and it was actually ready half an hour sooner. I was welcomed to the lounge where I could wait in comfort. When my car was ready, she found a sales person for me to enter my four favorite phone numbers and to speak briefly with me on my question whether early surrender of my car prior to actual lease termination would be advantageous. I am completely delighted with the entire experience, both with Jessica and with Eanjym.
