Setting wait time expectation - Heather
Well, for the second time at this dealership I was told the service would take a few hours and I was there all day. I would have made very different plans for each of my days had realistic expectations been set from the beginning. At least this last time the service was completed. The first time it happened I had to go back another day to get the job done. Everyone is very nice and I’ve had technicians go above and beyond... it’s just that making plans for a two hour service that turns into an eight hour service is beyond frustrating, especially when it happens twice.
