Worst Experience ever! Do not buy from these guys!!!!! - k
I had the worst experience, I bought a 2016 ford explorer with 69,696 miles on it. I bought it September 27th. I had it for 7 days had to take it back to bronco motors infiniti in nampa, I brought it to them on October 4th. They said they would call me to let me know what was going on. A week went by didnt hear anything so I called and they said the transmission and they are working on getting the warranty to cover it. They told me I would get a call back sometime that week, never did. Another week went by no one called me I had to go get all my babies stuff out of the vehicle. The next week me and my husband drove by and it was parked right in the same spot, My husband went inside and they said they are sending it to kendall ford.They finally sent it to kendall ford. Kendall ford did amazing communicating with me. After 3 weeks went by they finally got a transmission in and ready for me to take it. I had to pay $100.00 to get it out of kendall I took the receipt to bronco motor and gave it to sales manager Bobbi and said I wanted reimbursed for the 100.00 I had a 60 day warranty with the vehicle that was 100% covered. Nope that was a lie I still had to pay to get my vehicle out of kendall ford. From the very begging the sales guy Stan said that he would get me my second key fob they kept making excuses it has now been 3 months and still havent gotten my key fob. I just called today Dec 9th and they said they would get back to me. I have never been treated so bad and given the run around about everything I was so calm and very understanding. During this whole situation with a brand new baby in this whole process that I was put in a car, that I was not happy about because I bought an SUV for a reason. By far the worst customer service I have ever had. I will never recommend anyone to bronco motors. I hope no one else gets treated the way I was. Once they get your money they could care less about you and your new born baby!!! Horrible people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
