If i could give zero stars i would. We took our car to this location and they told one of my sons that it would be ready the next day then my other son asked in person and they told him 2 weeks. i don't wanna assume anything but by the way we where treated it seemed very racially focused, since one of my sons is white but called on the phone and the other one is Latino and went in person. We originally went there for a check up for the breaks, since my son was complaining about a bad noise and since its snowing in Idaho i wanted everything to be okay. After they told him 2 weeks he went back to his Airforce base and we thought they might be busy. They never called the insurance company to check the protection plan and prices. What they where supposed to do was search the vin number and they could see all the info. instead they chose to harass my son asking for the papers for the insurance. After they got them they took 4 days to tell us that the insurance doesn't cover it when they didn't even have the audacity to call the insurance company which does cover what we needed. Lastly they got so frustrated that they told us to go pick up the car. When we picked up the car they said they didn't want to fix anything or change the oil. They basically threw the car into my sons face. I just cant understand how a person that represents a well known company can act in such a harsh and disrespectful and honestly disgusting manner. I'm not one to call out people when they mess up but i'm utterly disgusted on how my son was treated. The man that "attended" us was Zoran Lazarevic. I'm not posting a picture of him because i'm better then that, but if someone presents themselves with this name im warning you to leave and drive the hours to another place. I am extremely annoyed and angry. We hope they fix their customer service and personnel, we don't wish for any compensation but only a change. Thank you if you read my whole nightmare of a story this was.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience here. The service representative I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable, and wasn't overly pushy, which is pretty much all I can ask for out of a dealership. I'd definitely recommended them to anyone.

During the month of October, 2012, I had the privilege to work with Randy at Lithia Body and Paint in Boise, Idaho. The passenger mirror on my vehicle had been damaged at Metro Car Wash in Boise. Brent, the manager of Metro Car Wash immediately took the claims report and forwarded the information to Lithia Body and Paint.
Within a day, I was called to Lithia to determine the extent of the damage. Although the damage was minor, Randy at Lithia took the claim seriously and ordered parts for my vehicle. As soon as the parts came in, I was immediately scheduled for a show-up, not an extended appointment date, and the damage was repaired to my satisfaction. Randy was extremely helpful throughout the process and treated me as if this was a major repair for his company. There was no cost to me during this process. Brent called several times to ensure the work had been done to my satisfaction.
I was very impressed with the response from Brent at Metro Car Wash and Randy with Lithia Body and Paint. Both are professionals and a credit to their businesses. I would recommend both services in the future.
