Besides our 6 1/2 wait time in the lobby, their service and friendliness was great. Except they tracked grease all through the front of our motorhome, of which we'd just cleaned the carpet. They even tracked it all over our entrance step as well. Would have been nice if they'd laid down a runner before going back and forth inside. Now we have to take it in to get it professionally cleaned. Overall though, I'd wouldn't write them off my list.

Had my new truck serviced today. Jeff got my truck right in and I worked with Micheal on my GMC app while I waited. Great Guys they have taken good care of me through the sale process and now with the service and any issues I have had.

After 1000 miles on a new truck the starter went bad on a Saturday morning. The service staff came to my home within 10 minutes of a phone call, got into a new truck to drive while mine was being fixed. The service staff went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my needs, and I highly recommend this dealership for their service, excellent value and very friendly staff. The store was exceptionally clean and I am a continued loyal customer after years of purchasing vehicles from Hirning GMC.

Worst Chevrolet service department in Idaho. Didnt call me back for 3 days. Only got ahold of them after calling and leaving a message, after showing up in person. Not willing to help customers who have purchased from them. Wanted to charge me $135 diagnostic fee to tell me weather or not it was covered under warranty. The last time I had had a truck in for repair they returned it to me with grease all over the fender, and spilled def all over the engine compartment when filling it and left it. Tried to use the drop of service and there was no envelopes to put the keys in and the drop box was wide open with no way to lock it. Poor Poor service. i would highly suggest going somewhere else.

During the month of October, 2012, I had the privilege to work with Randy at Lithia Body and Paint in Boise, Idaho. The passenger mirror on my vehicle had been damaged at Metro Car Wash in Boise. Brent, the manager of Metro Car Wash immediately took the claims report and forwarded the information to Lithia Body and Paint.
Within a day, I was called to Lithia to determine the extent of the damage. Although the damage was minor, Randy at Lithia took the claim seriously and ordered parts for my vehicle. As soon as the parts came in, I was immediately scheduled for a show-up, not an extended appointment date, and the damage was repaired to my satisfaction. Randy was extremely helpful throughout the process and treated me as if this was a major repair for his company. There was no cost to me during this process. Brent called several times to ensure the work had been done to my satisfaction.
I was very impressed with the response from Brent at Metro Car Wash and Randy with Lithia Body and Paint. Both are professionals and a credit to their businesses. I would recommend both services in the future.

No guarantee on work no customer service - Frustrated
I had a mechanical problem with my RV while passing through Salmon, Idaho. The Repairs they conducted on my RV failed after less than 500 miles. When I tried to get issue resolved they said there was no guarantee and nothing could be done. What? Engine they worked on is a Ford engine; they are a Ford dealer! They have now refused to return my calls leaving me stranded as the result of their incompetent repair job. I don't know what's more frustrating; lack of competent repair or complete lack of customer service! Giving them 1 star is overrating them. If I had an option I would give them a zero! A zero rating for zero service.

Absolutely horrible service and communication from the GMC service department. Took it in to have two valve cover gaskets replaced as well as an oil sending unit. Took it in on a Thursday and got it back Friday.. that would be the Friday 8 DAYS LATER. They blamed it on freight, never took onus for it themselves. I wouldn't wish them and their lack of professionalism on anyone.
