I did not purchase my Kia from here but from the Stone's Kia in Idaho Falls. I do bring my vehicle here for most services because I live here in Pocatello. I called in regard to a letter I had received about a year ago about a couple recalls that needed to be done. The only that wasn't completed back in March of 2019 was the recall for the ECU. I took it in 3 separate times for that recall just for them to call me hours later to tell me the new part was not working. I am leasing the vehicle and would like to just get the recall taken care of and replaced. I attempted to call Pocatello about that same recall that was never completed a year ago now in March 2019 and they are now telling me it is not a recall just that it will need to be done eventually. Basically, if I'm not experiencing any problems it's not necessary. I called Stone's Kia in Idaho Falls and they tell me that it is a recall and that they will get a part ordered for me and then come to find out they can't because Pocatello's dealership ALREADY ORDERED ONE a year ago in March. I call Pocatello again and David says he doesn't show anything about me ever coming in for that or them ever ordering me a part. The part has to be specially ordered according to the VIN. How can Idaho Falls see it and Pocatello says they are in the dark and have no idea what I'm talking about. I have no had to resort to calling Kia Consumer Affairs to see if I can get a part reordered because David has either a lack of knowledge, there's poor record keeping, or they are picking and choosing what services they wish to provide.

Worst Chevrolet service department in Idaho. Didnt call me back for 3 days. Only got ahold of them after calling and leaving a message, after showing up in person. Not willing to help customers who have purchased from them. Wanted to charge me $135 diagnostic fee to tell me weather or not it was covered under warranty. The last time I had had a truck in for repair they returned it to me with grease all over the fender, and spilled def all over the engine compartment when filling it and left it. Tried to use the drop of service and there was no envelopes to put the keys in and the drop box was wide open with no way to lock it. Poor Poor service. i would highly suggest going somewhere else.

Overall I was very pleased with my experience here. The service representative I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable, and wasn't overly pushy, which is pretty much all I can ask for out of a dealership. I'd definitely recommended them to anyone.

During the month of October, 2012, I had the privilege to work with Randy at Lithia Body and Paint in Boise, Idaho. The passenger mirror on my vehicle had been damaged at Metro Car Wash in Boise. Brent, the manager of Metro Car Wash immediately took the claims report and forwarded the information to Lithia Body and Paint.
Within a day, I was called to Lithia to determine the extent of the damage. Although the damage was minor, Randy at Lithia took the claim seriously and ordered parts for my vehicle. As soon as the parts came in, I was immediately scheduled for a show-up, not an extended appointment date, and the damage was repaired to my satisfaction. Randy was extremely helpful throughout the process and treated me as if this was a major repair for his company. There was no cost to me during this process. Brent called several times to ensure the work had been done to my satisfaction.
I was very impressed with the response from Brent at Metro Car Wash and Randy with Lithia Body and Paint. Both are professionals and a credit to their businesses. I would recommend both services in the future.
