I went to Walters in need of a reliable vehicle and have been scammed. First off let me tell you that at the time I had no credit and had never bought a vehicle from a lot. I went to Walters and applied and was approved. I told them the type of vehicle I needed and was only shown one vehicle and one vehicle only! I accepted, being in a bind and starting a new job I needed a reliable car. Upon going over the paperwork I was told they (included) a Autosave warranty. Meanwhile they dragged out how long I was there and stalled knowing I had to go to work. Upon review of the paper work I was charged 2300.00 for a worthless warranty and called to cancel the same day. They said to me the bank would not approve my loan without the warranty! Three days later I went to the bank and was told they do Not operate that way and never have. I have filed complaints with the BBB and attorney generals office to no avail. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Our saleperson started out friendly but then became quite a smart-a-- when we tried to establish a fairer price on a drastically over priced vehicle. He only offered a $3000. trade in on our vehicle which we later sold in only 2 days for $7000. The vehicle we wamted was listed originally for over $17,000. The bank we went to finance thru said book value was only at $14,000. We offered $13,000. and were denied then treated very rudely. We will never go back!

Excellent customer service - Durango

I have nothing but good things to say about this small dealership. 1st off Chris Bailey realy worked with me on the price of my Durange and gave me what I thought was a very fair priIce..... Then more imimportant "After The Sale." I had a few small issues with it ( kind expected on a used viechel) I dealt with Frank on this, he truly took care of me. Took it back to the service dept and fixed it with no questions. They realy seamed concerned that I was satisfied with my purchase They truly stand behind there cars and take care of there customers. One always worries about buying a used car from a small dealership,well let me tell you, there are now worries with these guys. I will be recomending this dealership to my friends Really nice guys that truly take care of there customers.....Joe Reid
