Purchasing a car here is easy and Jeorge Maza makes the process painless. The problem is in the back with the service department. I have finally give up on them and realized that I can no longer buy an Audi or VW. BMW/European Motors, here I come. Lithia of Johnston is untrustworthy, slow, and dishonest. There are too many issues for me to cover with these guys.

Automotive service is exceptional with Devon Miller. I have a new 2018 Ford Escape and my son a new 2019 Ford Edge and Devon was understanding when we had to reschedule our service time due to the weather. The automotive service center is brand new and awesome. Never seen one better. Was so impressed that I just bought a 2015 SE Ford Fusion for my other son from there. Worked with Nick Strasser and Lloyd Kimber and both were extremely professional and courteous.

We took my sons car in that he purchased from a smaller dealership to have them fix a service light. They said there wasn't anything wrong with it and shut the light off. As soon as we picked it up the light came back. Took it back to the dealer that we got it from. They said they would take it back to the Kia dealer to have the engine replaced. A week later when we picked it up the light came back on. So we took it back to the dealer and they called Kia to see if they replaced the engine. They said they only fixed the exhaust leak. I WILL NEVER BUY A KIA OR DEAL WITH THIS DEALER AGAIN!!!!
