Best dealership in the country - Rockhound
Murdock Motors has worked with me for almost 30 years. They are the most honest, courteous, trustworthy dealership in Kansas. They work very hard to please the customer, Their service department are second to none. They work quickly to fix any problem on you vehicle, and keep you well informed throughout the process.
Every one at the dealership are kind, and friendly. the dealership is very clean, and brightly lite. The new cars ,and used cars are neatly parked for customers easy access to viewing them.t-There is always someone there to answer question, and deal with concerns.
When it comes to trading vehicles I usually view several dealerships. Then return to Murdock's to get the best deal and most dependable service. In these times you need to consider the dealership as much as you do the brand of vehicle. Murdock Motors is the dealership on top of the mountain, the best
Great Car Buying Experience - Kevin
I bought a used Truck from Justin Bogina at Oakes Mitsubishi and wanted to say how easy the process was. No pressure to buy and Justin worked hard to get me to the price point I need to be at. Jeff Watson was excellent in the Finance end of things as well very relaxed and friendly group to work with. Makes the car buying experience much more pleasant!
Horrible Service. Customer Service does not know what really - Belyndae
really you. Went I. To find out a module on the steering wheel was not working and to do routine maintenance. They replaced the steering wheel module , cost 230.00 then when we checked it was not working. Called yo ask one person said it was working when it left the shop and the other said no we replaced it but did no diagnostic work. We asked to have it off and was told no policy says once ir is on a car then it must stay. We could pay for the diagnostic service . Told them no. They called a week later and said the Mitsubshi Rep told them to fix the problem st mo cost. They took it in and the diagnosis was the airbag clock gear. They wanted 500 dollars for the part we found at the store for 39.99. So it was not fixed BUT they did remove the new steering wheel module and put our old one back in. So far it has cost us 302.00 dollars for no repair.
