My Honda Fit needed servicing so I took it in. They fixed it. The cost seemed reasonable. 100k mile maintenance. Plus I got a free pastry.

Appointment times are a joke I scheduled an appointment at 11:30 and my car is still sitting waiting to be serviced When I asked why I was told that the appointment time is “to meet with an advisor on what needed done” They need to be a LOT clearer on expectations.
