The worst customer service ever - Aircraftmx
Overall experience was terrible .We were not greeted with a knowledgeable service employee when we arrived. We left the car with them for a week and they did not fix anything on the car that was asked. I had to drive 150 miles to have my car repaired and serviced at what I thought would be professional Volvo service center. I asked the service manager to make sure they fixed headlight and service the spare tire. Also told them to be sure and drive car to verify the front end alignment was true..... When I arrived a week later front end pulling hard right light bulb still out and spare had less than 20 lbs air pressure ....... Gee thanks how much do we owe !! Tyler did have a mechanic get the front end right while we waited for an hour. Corey however seemed to not have a problem with charging us and sending us down the road with the car the way it was. People just don't seem to care anymore. Guess they figure where else are you gonna go!

Great customer service! A.J. Miller went beyond our expansion to assure that our exaperiance was perfect. We live three hours north and were unable to bring the car home on the day that we were in the dealership. A.J. met us in Texarkana. We had a small issue, A.J. was very attentive and helpful to address our requests. We had to return our discovery for a small service on our way to vacation. A.J. met us with a new car and danishes, moved our luggage to the new car and all with a happy smile and at 7 a.m. on a Sunday morning! Great service!

Called tuesday to scedule my 10k mile service, was able to get an appointment the next day. I was greated quickly upon arrival, vehicle was take care of in under an hour (closer to a half hour), CSR showed me the indpection paper and explained it. Let me know my next suggested service and that i woild be contacted soon to get it scheduled.
