Excellent customer service! Adam is a very personable and professional salesman. The vehicle I came in to look at was nearby (at their Edgewater location), so I test drove a similar vehicle while he had the other one delivered. I then test drove the one I came in for. I wasn’t rushed or pressured at all throughout the entire process. Adam answered all my questions and was very helpful, from start to finish. Mike in Finance gave me a printout listing several payment options, which made negotiating the monthly payment simple and easy. Greg in Lease Sales was pleasant as well, and was able to complete the lengthy paperwork expediently. As always, I have always had a very good experience with Antwerpen Hyundai of Clarksville. Good work, good customer service. My only complaint is that I have been a loyal, faithful, Antwerpen Hyundai customer - for 15 years. I am now in my 70s, and my budget is very limited. Since I am such a loyal customer, I would greatly appreciate Antwerpen giving either a 'senior' discount or a 'loyal customer' discount. I brought in a lot of coupons - but was only allowed to use one. My bill came to $480.00 - which I guess is not a lot for people who have full-time jobs - but on my limited income, my budget took a bit hit.

My wife and I drove an hour to see a used 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe SE. We were very interested in the car.
In a matter of less than 10 minutes we turned around and went home. In all our years, we have never experienced such a poor attitude in a sales person.

Buying a fuel-efficient hybrid car at College Park Hyundai - Robert Engelman
My wife and I were determined to keep driving a hybrid (possibly a plug-in if we found the right option) after being among the first hybrid drivers in the DC area over the last 17 years. (We bought a 2001 Toyota Prius in 2000 and drove it until it needed repairs worth more than its value.) We looked at several options and ultimately chose the Hyundai Ioniq after reading reviews suggesting it may be the most efficient hybrid on the market. We also considered another Prius and a Chevrolet Volt, but neither seemed to offer the right mix of fuel efficiency and overall price value as the Hyundai Ioniq. We would have been open to a plug-in Ioniq, but they're not yet available and we needed the car now. After checking out a couple Hyundai dealerships in our areas we found that College Park Hyundai had exactly the car (exterior and interior color and features) we wanted. The salesperson got the vehicle on the lot within hours, and we drove the car home -- and have been delighted with it since. All the people we dealt with were helpful, professional, and not pushy. We'd strongly recommend this car, and this dealership, to any others wanting a fuel-sipper of an automobile, even if not a plug-in.

Dealing with a broken down car is not a good situation to deal with. And the truth is i have no faith I wont be taken advantage of. However, at Fitzgerald's I found this experience to be pretty much as good as it gets. I was helped by Josh mostly in the service department, and he was a pleasure to work with. Communicated with me often and simply. No fluff or nonsense, just the good, the bad and what my options were. Offered advice and supplemental help above and beyond the specific repairs they were taking care of.
They did it VERY quickly and had me back in my car well before the expectations they originally had set. And I needed a new engine, not just a few brakes and a timing belt or something. They had the car back to me within a week, set me up with a decent rental car.
But most of all, made sure i understood, was comfortable and explained everything thoroughly.
Ignoring the circumstances, a very pleasurable experience.
