I just want to say that Paul Brookman and Mike Mayfield were so very helpful at the Annapolis Hyundai dealership. They were extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to ensure that we were happy with our purchase! Michelle Mitchell also went out of her way to prepare our paperwork ahead of time so that we were able to be in and out with our 11 month old! We went to a couple different Hyundai dealerships in the area, and Annapolis was by far the cleanest and welcoming. I would definitely recommend purchasing/leasing your next vehicle from this dealership.

WHEN I GOT THERE, MY CAR WAS ALREADY OUTSIDE WAITING FOR ME. I CHECKED OUT AND WAS BACK TO WORK IN NO TIME AT ALL. MY CAR IS RUNNING SMOOTH. I have mixed feelings about Fitzgerald’s at this time. I had both a great and terrible experience at the same time. Bobby Davis is the car salesman I worked with, he is WONDERFUL. He’s got a positive attitude, is easy going, doesn’t make you feel pressured to buy anything, and made me feel very comfortable. His manager on the other hand is probably my least favorite person I have ever met at a car dealership. He told me won thing, wrote another on my contract, and then left for the night. It took three or four hours to lease the car after all of the decisions had been made. Never in my life has that portion of the process taken so long.
On top of that they couldn’t get their equipment to work properly and now almost a month later I have to go back in and resign my contract. It’s not like this dealership is right next to my house either, it’s a hike to get to and a waste of gas and miles on my new (leased) car. Honestly, I never want to use this dealership again if I have to work with the same manager. He really made the experience a sour one.

I purchased a new Santa Fe last week. I was stunned by the professionalism and personal touch. George Sparks was attentive and thorough in presenting, explaining, and delivering the vehicle. Nick the Sales Manager is wonderful. I had an after market towing kit installed and he facilitated the whole process. Ed in finance was excellent as well, with no high pressure marketing. All in all this was the best experience that I have had in 40 years. I higjly recommend Bob Bell!!

No doubt this is a 0 not a 1 star. DO NOT BUY FROM MASSEY HYUNDAI HAGERSTOWN (FRAUD?). I purchesed a 2014 Hyundai Elentra on June 3rd 2016. Paid $541.00 for a maintenance care plan for 10 oil changes 3 years 37,500 which would be 1 oil change every 3,750 miles. Took my car for oil change the next month (July 2016) and they charged me full price (still have the receipt). I just noticed this error after selling the car and being told by my new dealership about checking the car plan for possible refunds. I called the warrenty place and they say the dealership printed out the 10 coupons. The dealership says the warrenty place should have sent the coupons I didn't receive anything but 1 peice of paper from the dealership they day I pruchesed the car which describes very little to nothing. Looks like they are working together and pocketing the money giving the customer nothing in return. They had the chance to make this right after calling them 3 times ( just give me what I paid for oil changes) but chose to make the excuse the it's been 2 years and you sold the car. The management is so weak they would not speak with me and just relayed the messages through someone named Robby. Shame on you Massey, you did not honor the plan just 1 month after I purchased the car. Stealing from your customers is never a good thing. I will be posting this everywhere and anywhere I can. Very Disappointed with the service that I received on my Genesis.. I have been at this service location before and was satisfied with the customer service, But this time around it was not even close. First I worked with Dmitri the service writer. I needed an oil change and decided to replace my turn signal bulbs in the front due to brightness going down 70%. First he quoted me $60 for an oil change. Keep in mind I have been there before and knew he was jacking the price up about 60%, I asked him what was the difference and he tried to tell me that the oil changed to synthetic mix..... I laughed in my mind and responded to him that it's always been Synthetic blend. after stumbling around he said that pohanka changed their oil supply company and now its double the price (great business move). I decided to move forward because I was going on a road trip out of town the next day and just needed to get it changed.
Now the turn signal bulbs... he would not give me a price on the spot and said he would call me later with the quotes. I left the car and went back to work. 3 hours later I get a text that said my car was ready, never did get that call with the quote. I called and spoke with Dmitry he said the oil was finish, I asked about the bulbs and he said that was done as well... ok how much? he said $42... again I have done this before the Bulbs cost $5 a piece and I have had them replaced once already for about $20. I did not feel like arguing with him since I needed my Genesis for the next day. If I agree to the price it would not be an issue the part that gets me is this. After getting my car back I realized that they only replaced one of the bulbs. If you look at the difference between the one the replaced and the other it's like night and day.
One thing to overcharge customers... But it's just stealing if you overcharge and also dont render services paid for...
What a disappointment!!
