Made appointment same day for oil change and multi point inspection. They completed work within the promised timeframe and went over inspection report. Also provided transportation to and from work while maintenance was performed. Overall a great experience with service department.

Had to drop off my car since it was barely moving. Told Bethany my issue and she did the intake even though my scheduled appointment was still 2 days away. I was updated timely of any news with the repair and she was very responsive to all my texts messages. She left voicemails when I wasn't able to answer her calls and overall communication was excellent. This is my second major repair with the dealer and both instances went smoothly. Would recommend working with Bethany for her attentiveness and A+ communications. You will never feel in the dark with the status of your repair or if you have any questions.

Nick Bischoff was assigned as my service advisor (as he was the first time) who is very thorough and conscientious. His follow-up and support after completion of the work is great. Their use of video while conducting their Multi-Point Inspection and sharing the video with the customers is simply outstanding.

Took 2019 Outback in for service. Then went out of town. My husband was contact person for my car. Jessica is my service agent and always takes great care of me and my car needs. This time she dealt with my husband . He was so impressed - really blown away - by her professionalism, follow through and ability to advocate for us. Husband wants to ditch Volvo and get Subaru from your dealership now. We know Subaru's are terrific cars but there is a level of care and person to person interaction with your dealership - hard to get these days other places . We are big fans!
