I completely changed this review for one reason: the general manager reached out to me in concern when I posted it originally. He gained my complete respect by talking with me to resolve my concerns. He did his research, figured out who I was, printed out all of my charges, and looked in depth into my issues. He also apologized for the lack of fuel in the rental car they provided me. He is a great manager and I can honestly say with the concern they've shown me, I will recommend them to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a dealership in the Sault area. Took my Santa Fe to Betten Hyundai service department for diagnosis of front end noise. Told them car had been repaired from accident a year previous. Asked them to check front axles which were replaced after the accident. They told me nothing wrong with them but the collision shop that repaired the accident damage had replaced the axles. I returned my car to the collision place and told them I personally found a problem with the front axles and told them what to look for. They again replaced the front axles and wheel bearings. Told the service department about that and they refused to refund me any money for their sham diagnosis. Will never go here again!

Considering my car sat at another dealership due to my motor being locked up for 3 weeks without being looked at or anything, my level of frustration had reached its max. On a whim i called Feldman and explained my situation. My car was picked up from the other dealership and sent there. Within a couple of hours they called me with the diagnosis and plan. Fortunately, for me what happened fell under a recall and Hyundai was responsible for costs. The Feldman service department was able to install a new motor and job complete in 5 days when the other dealership couldnt do in 3 weeks. Hands down this service department is the best! They were easy to work with, very friendly and extremely helpful. I have recommended them to all i talk to and will continue to! Thanks for everything you did!!

My car was in for some warranty work, and it took over 6 weeks to be completed. No loaner provided, no reimbursement for my rental car expense. I was in the market for a replacement, and the pricing offered was a joke. They offered a demo model at as much as I paid for a loaded new model from a different manufacturer.

Mr John (may be Jon) Paul at the Subaru showroom in Southfield was extremely rude today when my husband and I visited the showroom to have a look at Subaru WRX . After seeing the car we sat down to discuss the other details. While a negotiation may not have been possible , a simple “sorry, not possible” would have been a great way to say no to the price that we were quoting . He instead decided to shake hands with us and say that we were wasting his time. We were literally asked to leave that way.

I Andrea Chapman just came into LaFontaine May the 10th of 2018 my person that wait on me name was Tony Jackson I told Tony that I was hearing a clicking noise when I stopped on my brakes as I coasted to a red light or I was turning my car right or left he told me that they would check out the noise I had oil change done tire rotation and wheel alignment done that day when he told me the car was through I asked him about my brakes he told me that that clicking noise was normal that it was supposed to do that but yet the noise got louder so I could not bear with it anymore I took it to another car place to have them to check out my brakes they told me I need it front and rear pads front and rear rotors I had a oil change done tire rotation and we'll alignment done that day when he told me the car was through I asked him about my break he told me that they clicking noise was normal that it was supposed to do that but yet the noise.
