Considering my car sat at another dealership due to my motor being locked up for 3 weeks without being looked at or anything, my level of frustration had reached its max. On a whim i called Feldman and explained my situation. My car was picked up from the other dealership and sent there. Within a couple of hours they called me with the diagnosis and plan. Fortunately, for me what happened fell under a recall and Hyundai was responsible for costs. The Feldman service department was able to install a new motor and job complete in 5 days when the other dealership couldnt do in 3 weeks. Hands down this service department is the best! They were easy to work with, very friendly and extremely helpful. I have recommended them to all i talk to and will continue to! Thanks for everything you did!!

I completely changed this review for one reason: the general manager reached out to me in concern when I posted it originally. He gained my complete respect by talking with me to resolve my concerns. He did his research, figured out who I was, printed out all of my charges, and looked in depth into my issues. He also apologized for the lack of fuel in the rental car they provided me. He is a great manager and I can honestly say with the concern they've shown me, I will recommend them to my friends, family, and anyone looking for a dealership in the Sault area. Great Price for the 2018 Elantra Special Edition - Billboardguy
My old 2004 Toyota Matrix became a total loss after an accident, so I was in immediate need to buy a car from a lot. I initially was looking for Honda Fit, but the Mexico factory that produce those cars became flooded and was backed up in producing cars. I wanted a new brand that is different from Toyota. I found that Elantras and Accents were more affordable than other brands. I decided to get an Elantra instead of an Accent because I needed more cargo space. I paid around $20K including taxes and fees for the 2018 Elantra Special Edition, which is the national average price for the car according to TrueCar.com. My car has a sunroof and heated seats, which makes Hyundai lower priced than other brands with similar features. The sales employee, Justin Morin, was enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and I enjoyed talking to him. I appreciate him showing me all the fun features of the car. Justin acknowledged the $50 gift card offer I printed from the dealership's website to do a test drive. I live in Mount Pleasant, and I drove my rental car to Saginaw. Justin was wonderful in delivering my car for free to Mount Pleasant. Marquis Evans is the business/finance employee. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Marquis informed me that interior and body rust protections are standard in other brands and part of other brands' prices. He did not explicitly tell me that those protections at Hyundai were optional, and I would have liked to have given at least some thought about accepting those protections before signing up for the protections. I probably would have been persuaded to accept those protections considering that my car with the sunroof and heated seats is lower priced than similar cars in other brands and other brands consider protections as standard. Overall, I had pleasant two hour experience at the dealership, and I recommend to anyone to consider them for their great customer service and affordable cars.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bob Warren who took care of me. He answered all my questions without being high pressure. That was so refreshing after being harassed by salesmen at other dealerships. When I came to pick up my car he spent a lot of time making sure I understood all the features. He was calm and very professional.
Service department is worthless! - Mr.never again
Took my Santa Fe to Betten Hyundai service department for diagnosis of front end noise. Told them car had been repaired from accident a year previous. Asked them to check front axles which were replaced after the accident. They told me nothing wrong with them but the collision shop that repaired the accident damage had replaced the axles. I returned my car to the collision place and told them I personally found a problem with the front axles and told them what to look for. They again replaced the front axles and wheel bearings. Told the service department about that and they refused to refund me any money for their sham diagnosis. Will never go here again!

Never felt pressured into my purchased. Never felt like I was being rushed. Don took the time to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction and that I understood everything. Was the easiest car purchase I have ever had.

They have to be the most unfriendly, unwelcoming, rude cars sales people I've ever dealt with. Called ahead to see if we could find out which trims they had in stock of the new 2019 sante fe's. Jeff Bushar was chomping on his lunch or snacks while he was talking to us over the phone. Every other word was interrupted by him smacking food in his mouth. Not only was this disgusting to listen to, but extremely rude. When we made it to the dealership later on, not one single sales person bothered to get up from their cubicles to greet us and say hello. After waiting for a few minutes, I had to walk up to them and ask if anyone was working. It felt like I was bothering them for wanting to give them my business. The final straw that forced me to walk away was when I asked what the difference was between the new 2019 sante fe and 2019 sante fe XL. I knew that the regular sante fe did not have the 3rd row seating and was explicit in asking if they could give me dimensions so I knew how much cubic feet I would be losing going with the smaller. They could not, or did not want to pro vie this information for some reason. Ben Sliwinski just kept telling me that I would be losing the 3rd row seating and seemed bothered when I asked if they could look up dimensions (which they DID NOT do BTW). If I could summarize my experience with Ben Sliwinski, it would be he DID NOT care about providing good customer service, nor making any effort to make a new car sale. Adamm Davis, you just lost business today because of these two. I will not be recommending your dealership to anyone in my network of friends and working professionals. I will make sure I post at least 3 reviews online and in various social media sites so that everyone knows the kind of customer service they should expect at your dealership. Shame on you guys.

The salesman, Ethan, was very courteous, polite and soft-spoken and yet was very efficient in getting things done. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Just by chance I ended up buying a used Cadilac when I was only looking for Subarus or an Escapes. And I couldn't be happier with the Cadilac.
