Worst experience. Let’s start with sales. There’s two guys. They sit in their chairs and don’t move. Snacks “one per customer” and the one I had ended up having mold all over it. No one says hi, can I help you? Nothing. Operations manager-Terrible! We took our 2024 MDX for a noise issue. They looked at one thing and banked on that being it. After 6 hours on our second visit, they told us they road tested it (they didn’t, we watched) and sent us on our way. As soon as we got on the highway-same noise. I called the ops manager and asked that they send someone to pick the car up for service as we can’t spend hours there waiting. He refused. Wouldn’t hear of it. So we took the vehicle to Acura in Ann Arbor and they had us fixed in two hours.
