The service team was great! We had an issue with a part which led to our car taking longer to get fixed, so they offered us a loaner, which was fun to drive! They were honest and communicated well throughout the process. Highly recommend for all your VW service needs!

Minor issues but received great service. - MarkJ

Had a minor issue during the cold spell which I had truck taken in to review. Team at Wally Edgar. checked on open recalls--fixed, checked past work done. Adjusted and verified fix. Took care of minor issue and found some other minor items and Added air in tires as they lost some pressure in the cold. Marc called me 4 times to give me an update to make sure I knew how it was going and when I would get my car back. Marc even gave me the option as all items were not complete but said I could pick & schedule another day to bring back or it would be another day to completely fix. Overall very happy with the team I worked with on this visit.

I can't thank the team at Westborn enough for the amazing service on my car! My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken for months(tried working with my local dealership but was running into issues). I drove all the way from Clarkston to Dearborn because I know the level of service here is always top notch. Mike checked with Josh in parts to make sure they had what I needed, and Josh made the part a priority. Tim, the service manager (another long-time connection), worked with my schedule and made sure a tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Marc, my tech, was awesome—quick, efficient, and professional. And a big shoutout to Dave the write-up guy too—can’t leave him out! I honestly don’t know what I’d do without this team. I’ll always buy my cars from Westborn knowing they’ve got my back if anything goes wrong. Thanks again!

Both servicing for November's new snow tires with wheels and April's swap back to summer tires were flawless. Also did an excellent job mounting a new trailer hitch and some trim on the doors. Great job everyone!
