I would like to thank Dan Sommerfeld and crew for the service they performed on my 2023 QX80 January 6th and 13th. I enjoyed working with Dan he is very knowledgeable and conscientious. I came in for 30,000 mile service and they found the climate control fan needed to be replaced and the drivers seat frame needed to be replaced (it would not stay in selected position since the car was new). The service took two appointments, so I thank them for their patience and quality work.

Tristan was Great!! He is a great example of what customer service is about. He was up front from the time we arrived. We came for an oil change, but he noticed the car was due for a tire rotation too. He told us how long the appointment would take and we were out 15 minutes early. We received a text informing us that if we needed anything while we were there to just let him know. Thanks for the great service, we will be back.

Been having a bad week and been working a lot. Nothing really has gone right this week. So I go out to my garage and my 23 Tacoma doesn't start for work. That about sums up this week for me. So I had to call Triple A to get a jump and drove right down to Rudy Luther Toyota. I talked to 2 people in service, explained to them that the truck doesn't start. They were very friendly. This was about 2pm. I got a text about 4:15pm that they fixed my truck. I thought that was amazing. They fixed it so fast. Went to pick it up and it works great! This service visit I had was amazing. Both service advisors I talked to were great!(not sure what their names were sorry, if I knew would give both of you a shout out) Who ever fixed my truck was great too!! Thanks for the great service, Brent.

First, Boris made my purchase very easy even tho I’m in another state. I could trust him enough to buy a high end vehicle sight unseen. He has integrity. It just so happens that I had an issue while visiting in MN. The dealership, Boris and Nick Amor, were quick to resolve the issue. No arguments and very helpful. I cannot give this same review for the other dealership in town. If you are looking for a Mercedes, this is who I trust.
