We are very grateful for the great service we received last Thursday, we are from PA and were driving our 430xi on I-10 when I hit a pothole and ruined a tire. We called BMW roadside assistance, they directed us to Galliera. One we arrived Andrew handled our problem, quickly and efficiently. We were back on the road in less than two hours with tire replaced, full. Service and alignment. We are back in PA. Now with a minimal disruption to our vacation. Thank YOU again, Howard Scott

I was seen by Ms Milissa Gilbert, she noticed there was a recall for my RAV4, she asked if I wanted it taken care of, I gave approval. I was told it wouldn’t take long and it didn’t. I was in and out in good time. She was very professional!

This was BY FAR the BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. The Service team made sure I had a vehicle to use when my part took a little extra time to get in, which was extremely helpful! Throughout the process they also stayed in contact with me, so I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. 10/10 will be using Mandal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in the future! These guys deserve a paid vacation!
