We left the Volvo service department after 2 separate visits in one week and $1,400 later and were very unhappy with issues that occurred during the process. While our overall experience was a negative one, I will say that the General Manager responded to our concerns and agreed that there were missteps along the way. He was apologetic and appreciated our feedback so he could address their internal issues.
