Fantastic experience. From the moment I pulled up someone was there to help me. The young man in the service department who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He even changed the battery in my key when I mentioned it was giving me a warning. My car was repaired while I waited and I pulled out of the dealership with a clean car in less than an hour. So great. I will always go to Plaza for service.
