They were extremely helpful and professional. They took genuine care of my car when it had a bizarre malfunction. I’m very thankful for them. My only constructive feedback is this: 1. Communication. On Monday, the wonderful mechanic sent a video overview of the work being done on the car. The video contained the phrase “as we’re finishing up the work here on your Mini,” which led me to believe it would be finished that day. But no one ever reached out to me with an idea of when the car would be ready. I was left in the dark. It wasn’t until I reached out a couple days later to ask directly, I was given an idea of when it would be ready for pickup. Even when it was finished I had to text to ask if it was ready…no one ever contacted me to say so. 2. It would have been really nice if the dealership would have offered me a loaner vehicle. I had to make all kinds of alternate transportation arrangements for nearly a full work week. It was a headache. The offer of a loaner would have been greatly appreciated.
