Shopped online for a specific car (2011 Chevy HHR Panel) and found one at Randy Bland, about 270 miles from me. I called and talked to Trey. We used FaceTime on our phones to walk around and look at the car. He was kind enough to hold it while I made arrangements to either have it transported or go get it. I drove a rental car to Joplin, MO where Trey met me with the car (about a 70 mile trip for him.) It was everything he said it would be. We signed some paperwork, I turned in the rental, and here I am back in St Louis with my new (to me) car! He provided me with two keys and two remote lock fobs. One of them didn't work. When I contacted him, he offered to pay for me having it programmed. He also brought it to me full of gas and with a 30 day drivetrain warranty. Since I'm nearly 300 miles away, I may not have the need or opportunity to buy there again, but would certainly recommend buying a car from these guys.

They don't worry about if it takes money to fix a used car. If something is wrong with a car they get in they fix it and fix it right. So as a used car buyer I know that the car I am buying is going to be in good condition.

Buying a 2011 Ford Expedition they don't cover anything under the warranty pretty well I am paying $15,000 + Finance I have had the truck six weeks been in the shop twice I have a check engine light on I have antifreeze leaks out of the transition hoses under the hood transmission sensor leaks the dealer will not fix it because it's not covered under warranty

We purchased a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter and when we showed up to test drive the car it was already running and Shane (owner) explained that it was running because he was trying to use the heater to dry the seats after trying to scrub some stains, after purchasing we woke up the next day and vehicle wouldn't start. Found out it was because the battery was toast and needed to be replaced (cost of $120), now I know why the battery charger was out when I arrived and car was running. Before giving car to my daughter I had it checked out by a mechanic who told me the wheel bearings were bad, and both front/back brakes were worn out and needed replaced. The mechanic stated the bearings were so worn that it made the vehicle dangerous to drive. I should have known that when Shane (owner) stated that the vehicle wasn't serviced because it was "overlooked" (he had it on the lot for 6 months) that it was a lie because he was more concerned about making big margins (money) than his customer's safety as I drove that vehicle from Missouri to Ks with bad brakes & wheel bearings. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from this shady operation!

We located a 4x4 truck at Show Me Auto Mall North in Belton, Missouri. It looked good except for a rusty latch and some small scratches on the fender. Although the purchase process was not the speediest, we did purchase the truck and asked them to replace the latch and touch up the scratches, which they did. After leaving the dealership, we couldn't tune in radio stations and noticed the antenna (on the scratched side) was missing. We purchased an antenna but were unable to install it. We had driven the truck for several months and were happy with it. One day while walking on a deck, we were able to see the top of the truck and noticed the roof of the cab had a dent with missing paint and long scratches. The dent was on the same side as the touched up area. We were disappointed and feeling bad about the purchase. We thought we'd call the dealer and see what they had to say. They were willing to repair it to make it right! Logan offered to install the antenna at the same time. The repair job on the roof is excellent. This made us very happy and gives us confidence in Show Me Auto Mall North to treat customers well.

Overall good experience. I Had a few issues on a trade-in but the general manager Matt was really helpful and correcting issues. Matt cut a check for $2109 for a clerical error and another $500 for half my original. Down payment and another $25 for DMV late fees. Matt kept his work and went out of his way to make the situation right. They corrected and helped with everything said they were going to. Matt had one of the team bring me my title so I could get the vehicle registered and all is good!

Pat The sale's Manger told me they were going to fix it.after a week I was called to come get it .on the way to get tires that would never pass a State Insp. The heater never got warm but saw steam coming out from under the hood. as I was pulling in to tire shop. the guys at tire shop showed me water dripping off the from the drivers side Header . Called them on Tue left msg. with no reply .Stop by this morning Talked with Pat. and his reply was He would tell The Owner. Have had the truck 7 days. Am also meeting with the State of Missouri So that a Insp can be done. And the shop thet did the Insp can Be shut down Today is 3-14-12 and I still hove no truck as i was told I would and have turned this over to my Attorney and the State of Mo.
