We were driving across the United States when our Macan S suddenly started displaying electronic issues. Fortunately, we happened to be near Porsche Omaha.
Even though their service department was extremely busy, Colin, the Service Manager, took us in immediately. While we waited, Cathy G. checked on us several times to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
What impressed me even more was the level of care from the entire team. Ed from Sales noticed that I seemed a bit worried—which was true, since I needed to get back on the road and return to work. He came out of his office and offered to help arrange a rental car if the repair took longer than expected. He even offered to assist with transporting the vehicle once it was repaired. That kind of support provided tremendous peace of mind during a stressful situation.
A few hours later, Colin informed us that the issue was not serious, but the required parts were not in stock. He immediately arranged expedited shipping and prioritized our Macan for repair the following morning.
The next day, I received a text message letting me know the parts had arrived and that the vehicle would be ready shortly. Just two hours later, we were back on the road.
The repair bill was very reasonable, and our Macan performed flawlessly for the remaining 1,400 miles to Seattle.
Porsche Omaha truly cares about its customers. The professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine concern shown by Colin, Cathy, Ed, and the entire team turned what could have been a major travel disruption into a remarkably positive experience.
