Good service got me in on time and didn’t take very long to get the job finished and now we’re up and running

I question if I really got the service I needed and what I paid, was told 100.00 more from when I got off phone to when I got there. I don't believe the so called 21 point checks are really done, I myself will and would not bring my car back because of the rudeness and the question in back of my mind if the things they recommend need to be done and not really do a full check of the vehicle.
