Service, attentio to detail and finish product I can't tell - TRich
Here are unbiased facts considering I just went through a month of Las Vegas AutoNation Collision Center xxxx.
Let's start with the people. 4 + weeks my truck was in that shop should not have taken that long. So when I started calling my contact at AutoNation Las Vegas and sending messages and text asking for progress and when I can expect my truck to be finished, went unanswered. So I went to AutoNation in person. My representative was not available so I left a message that he did not return. Two days later same thing. No response. There was a time issue that they entirely disregarded. There now exists a quality of workmanship issue that can't be described in words. This is a 2017 Chevy Silverado 3500 Dually Crew Cab and long bed. Barely a year old. The paint job that AutoNation in Vegas did left about 15 to 20 drips from the top of the wall of the truck bed down to the floor of the truck bed. You can pass a magazine through the spaces between the side walls and the tail hitch. Other runs all over the vehicle that were tried to buff out unsuccessfully and then clear-coated. Damage that they didn't even notice to think about repairing. The vehicle has no true straight to it now. They only painted half of the bed although they had to repair and straighten the entire bed.
And then I bring it back to Houston where I live and give them an opportunity to get it right, and how did they respond ? not returning my phone call! Under no circumstances would I use Las Vegas AutoNation Collision their representative assigned to me was absent never did really talk to him except on delivery. And the manager without getting into real detail about the conversation I can assure you can be shrunk with Preparation H. Feel free to contact me on this issue because I stand on ground that is granite while they sink in the crap that they did for me. They should be grateful that I can't post these pics. Obscene

They do service on all cars, though they do have specialty with European imports. They are friendly and professional, and give you a ride to work after you drop the vehicle off. Unlike most places, they will install your own parts for you (instead of denying you if they are your own parts).
The work was good and the price was decent, not too low but not too high. There were only a few minor imperfections but I'm a picky guy. Like they used Castrol 5W30 synthetic when the Mercedes dealer uses Mobil 1, 0w40. And after a super-complicated custom job installing my own aftermarket suspension parts, which I was LUCKY to find someone who would do it, they didn't catch that the camber was slightly off (as it always is after a job like this). Whereas the Mercedes dealer did catch it. But I knew that would happen ahead of time and I am very satisfied with these guys. I would go to them again for this job, and also for other jobs where I know exactly what needs to be done.

I brought my vehicle to C.A.R.S. for the first time to service a check engine light problem. It was that time of year (DMV registration). The code was a vague one that could have been a multitude of possible causes. I am so glad I brought it here because if I would have replaced the part that I thought it was (catalytic converter), I would have spent a ton of unnecessary money and would still not have fixed the issue. Not only did Avi figure out the correct problem, but he also saved me money on another part because he was able to repair it. He even took my car to the smog shop for me. Avi is a good hearted, honest, guy that really knows his stuff. I will definitely come back again for any future repairs.

Don't go over this shop. I took my car over there to repair for my accident damage on the right side, but turn out they damage my left side and try to blame it on the accident and get my insurance to pay them more. Appraiser said it will take 10 business day to repair, My car was in their shop on August 16th, and I MAYBE able to get back the car this weekend on 09/24/2011. I used up all 30 days rental policy and pay for my own now. On top of that, i get a subwoofer and amplifier in the back of my trunk, now they told me it is missing on 09/19/2011 afternoon after they told me i can finally pick up my car on 09/24/2011. Regardless if they do a good job or not (I don't think they will do a good job) DON"T EVER GO THERE. THEY CHARGE HIGH PRICE AND WASTE YOU A LOT OF TIME. I have to call their rep and manager 3-4 times to get a hold on them, they never return call or call you unless they made a mistake. Spend countless time to deal with their problem and mistake while I am a paying customer. The job they charge over $7k for one side damage

I live in St. George, UT, which is about 2 hours north of Las Vegas on I-15. I own a 2006 Acura TL with approx. 26,000 miles. About two months ago, a sound became obvious in the engine bay. Since the car continued to perform well, I wasn't too motivated to have it looked at then. Over time, the sound became more insistent and I knew it would have to be dealt with. I considered going to the local Honda dealer to see if they could service it, but never pursued that idea. I stopped at the Acura dealer in SLC when I was in that city on business -- about 5 hours drive north of my city. Their service people listened to the problem and suggested I make an appointment to return, because they didn't have time to service it that day. A couple of weeks passed and the sound grew louder. So, I made an appointment with Acura of Las Vegas and made a day trip to have the car serviced. Upon arrival at about 8:30 am (LV time), I was given a courtesy loaner car (a 2008 TL, by the way) for the day to use while my car was being worked on. Not long after leaving my vehicle, I received a call on my cell phone from the service representative telling me they had found the problem but did not have the parts in stock. The noise was from the belt tensioning pulley(s) for the engine accessories -- power steering, water pump, A/C, etc. I returned to the dealership resigned to have to return another time to complete the repair. While waiting for my car to be put back together, Mr. Hasemann talked to his supervisor and obtained permission to let me keep the loaner car rather than drive mine to return to St. George, UT (over two state lines) and then come back two days later when the work on my car was completed. Unknown to me, in talking to the mechanic, Mr. Hasemann was told that if the defective parts on my car failed while driving at Interstate speeds, the resulting damage would be severe. His solution to the difficult situation for me was more than I could have expected. I kept the loner car for 48 hours, driving it over 200 miles back to St. George and then returning to Las Vegas. Mr. Hasemann called long distance to inform me when the parts arrived the next day and then to tell me my car was ready to pick up. Best of all, the repairs were covered under warranty, so the only cost to me was the fuel for the two trips to Las Vegas and home. I feel this was a very positive outcome and I feel Acura of Las Vegas went above and beyond in their service and helpful attitude. My experience is not unique. A friend in St. George had a similar positive service experience with this dealership. I will definitely return to this dealership for servicing my Acura and in a couple of years probably buy my next car from them.
