Traveling through Vegas in my Class B RV and had to fly - kayobee
Traveling through Vegas in my Class B RV and had to fly back East for a few weeks. I thought I'd get a 50,000 mile service done while I was gone and Sahara was accommodating enough to allow me to keep the RV there while I was back East. Service agent Sean was very personable but I did not elect to do all the 50,000 mile service items he proposed - only oil change and tire rotation (as I recall, less than $200). He also talked me into changing the cabin air filter. I do not recall the estimate for this but am confident it was not the $300 they tried to charge me upon my return. I also asked them to look into the back up camera that had been acting up. Sean told me back cameras are seldom repaired, only replaced but they could look to see if there was an easy repair such as a loose wire. At no time did he mention a $240 diagnostic fee. Needless to say, I was disappointed at an $800+ bill for what I thought was, essentially, an oil change and air filter.
The most frustrating charge on my bill was $40 for "Diesel Engine Performance Restoration Service. The engine is not a diesel.
