On Monday, 10/29/18, I traded in my 2015 Hyundai Tucson and drove home in a 2018 Kona. I could not be happier with this car and with the overall experience I had at Hyundai of Keene. Michael LaBrecque was great to deal with and was very professional, not at all pushy. In fact, everyone I met and dealt with at Hyundai of Keene was terrific and helpful. I would highly recommend Michael and Hyundai of Keene!!
Easy and professional experience - designrgirl
I've never shopped for a car before and had a good experience ans as a woman this an be an intimidating process. This was different. I found the car I wanted, contacted the dealer and the rest of the process was pleasant. Jess in the finance department has exceptional customer service. If its possible to give her more than 5 stars I would. I live 100 miles away, they delivered the car, i signed the paperwork and I am absolutely loving my new vehicle. Additionally, their prices for the car I was looking for beat other dealers with cars that were older and out of warranty.
When I need a new car in a few years they will be the first place I look. Thanks again!

Lies and Bully Tactics - Ann
Nashua Hyundai sold me a car but they then told me they could not give it to me. They had no title for it Nate Green, General Manager, refused to cancel sale. He refused to give me the name of his superior. He said I would just have to wait as long as it took to locate the title. Then he Hung Up on me. Would he have used bully tactics if I had been a man instead of an older woman?

The service center at Autofair Hyundai Manchester NH is second to none. Mark Gillespie is courteous, knowledgeable and personable. He listens to the customer and doesn't try to sell you parts or sevices you don't need. They are quick and thorough. Waiting is not exhausting.
Sales people posing as buyers - zeeb
I had my car listed for sale on craigslist and in my yard at home. Salesperson contacted me multiple times over the phone pretending to be interested buyer. Asked me to come down to the dealership so he could take a look. Arrived and immediately was trying to push a trade. Offered me 50% of my asking price.

The sales people were absolutely obnoxious. I stated several times I was just looking. First sales person backed off a little. Second sales person then kept at me and told be that if I'm on the lot looking he has to be there talking to me. I said no problem and left. I got in my vehicle and the general manager knocks on my window to ask what he can help with. I tell him how rude his sales people are and he proceeds to ask what I'm looking to buy. I said nothing here.
