I HATED CAR SHOPPING…..but I loved car shopping here.
We drove to the Lovering in Concord NH on Wednesday night after seeing a car online we wanted to check out. I shot them a quick email asking if the car was still available and that if so; we would like to swing by and test drive it that night. They confirmed the car was available and were looking forward to meeting us. We pulled in right as the manager was pulling in and he asked if we would like someone to show us around. We asked if he could give us a few minutes to look by ourselves and then have someone come out. He showed us where the car was and then gave us time. What a rare and great thing! After a bit, Lisa came out and gave us the keys and asked if we would like to drive it around. She let us take the car by ourselves which was nice to be able to talk about it without feeling the pressure of someone wanting to know if you like it or not. We really did like the car so we got back and starting chatting with Lisa and Scott. It honestly didn’t even feel like we were buying a car, it felt like we were having a conversation with good friends. Scott asked us a little bit about our financials and gave us recommendations on how we could get the best interest rates. Normally at this point in the car buying process, there’s a whole haggling situation that happens. Not here. We gave a price that we would like to walk out of there paying, and Scott did the rest. The whole process was so easy, quick, and dare I say….fun? Scott and Lisa were honestly so helpful, enjoyable, and funny to be around that we walked out of there actually liking the process of buying a car. My favorite part of how they do business, is that they don’t treat it like a game. There was no back and forth arguing over price and details, it really felt like they were on our side and wanted the best for us as customers. The cherry on top of it all? They delivered the car to our house two days later. A seriously great experience with wonderful people.

Greeted as soon as we parked in the parking lot. Sales very helpful but not too pushy. She really knew about the car. After visiting two other dealerships where we weren't treated very well, this was refreshing. Highly recommend.

I had the worst experience at this Dealership. I had been on the look out for a nice clean pre-owned Mitsubishi Evolution 10 for about 2 months. I set up an appointment with Matt Hale to drive 3 hours to look at the vehicle. I was ready to buy the car on the trip down and building excitement looking forward to drive the car I was going to buy. When I arrived at the dealership I walked into the front showroom and explained to a very unprofessionally dressed woman that I had an appointment with Matt to buy the Evo. As I proceeded to explain that we had just drove 3 hours to buy the car she laughed in our face and said the car was sold.
Matt never called or emailed with any information saying that the car would be sold. I would have not been so mad if they didn't sit and laugh at me after making a 3 hour drive. They could have also offered to let me test drive the brand new Evolution that was sitting on their lot, but they did not offer anything. I expected that they may have followed up with some type of email or phone call trying to rectify the situation and earn my business. I ended up buying a 2008 Galaxy Gray Evo X from a local guy and could not be happier.
I would never suggest going to this dealership they are sleazy, I would never trust anything they say. The people that work there are unprofessional and a complete joke.

I had been to several dealerships, was in the process of buying from another. I went to this dealership just to see what they had and I signed papers that day, buying a car from them. I recommend it to everybody and anybody I will never go to another dealership. They are really there for you, not themselves.
